Tila Tequila Not Fit For Rehab?

After yesterday’s Celebrity Rehab 4 cast announcement, some wondered why Tila Tequila‘s wasn’t among the names. In May, she made a big deal about joining the show, and then just last week, it was announced (with help from her reps, no less) that she was no longer part of the cast. So what happened? Susan Pinsky, Dr. Drew‘s wife, may have the answer (via Twitter):

In light of, well, everything about Tila’s recent public behavior (especially that suicide hoax) and the fact that reality shows require everyone to take a psych test before joining, this makes a hell of a lot of sense. File this one under Things That Make You Go DUH.

Update: Apparently, Susan’s tweet was based on a guess:

An educated, in all likelihood correct guess, but a guess all the same.

EXCLUSIVE: Heidi Fleiss Having A “Terrible Time” Following Brother’s Death

Celebrity Rehab 3 cast member Heidi Fleiss is going through a “very difficult time” following the death of her 41-year-old brother Jason Fleiss. Jason’s tragic death occurred when he drowned while swimming in rough water off the coast of Kauai with his younger brother Jesse, who was miraculously saved by a surfer.

“My dad said he was sure he lost both his boys. It’s a terrible time for myself and my family. We are in really bad shape,” Heidi told TheFABlife. Although a memorial has been set for this weekend, Heidi has left for London to film Celebrity Big Brother, per the advice of her longtime boyfriend, Moonlite BunnyRanch owner Dennis Hof. “I told her she needed to get away and stay busy so she does not have time to dwell on this awful thing,” Dennis told TheFABlife.
