Jay-Z Compliments Warren Buffett’s Tie, And Other Imaginary Tales

Actually, the headline lies. We are really having a hard time imagining what really went down at the party celebrating the reopening of Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in New York City last night. It was Hov’s first public appearance since the birth of Blue Ivy Carter, and Beyonce understandably chose to stay home. The sheer variety of attendees would blow our mind if we weren’t already used to Jay’s wide scope of influence: Warren Buffet, Selita Ebanks, Spike Lee, Mob Wives star Renee Graziano and Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia were there along with his more musical pals like Ashanti, Wale, Questlove and Irv Gotti. Celebs Show Their Stripes At ‘Missoni For Target’ Launch

Do not adjust your computer screen! A host of lovely faces turned out in their crazy colorful best last night at the Missoni For Target launch in New York City. The zig-zaggy styles are the trademark of the eccentric Italian designer Ottavio Missoni, who recently inked a deal to create a budget collection for the superstore. Elizabeth Olsen and Camilla Belle strolled into the celebration wearing stripey gowns, while Emma Roberts took a more casual approach in a bright cardigan. Looks like the only dress code for this shindig was “wild”. Other celebs to get ziggy with it include Selita Ebanks, Camila Alvez, Rachel Zoe and more. Celebrities Show Their Support At The Samsung Hope For The Children Gala

The Samsung Hope for the Children Gala, held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York, was a star-studded affair. Plenty of celebrities showed up to lend their support for the cause including Demi Moore who looked lovely in a Louis Vuitton dress and sexy, strappy Jimmy Choo heels. Giving her a run for her money (and winning) was Jennifer Lopez is an amazing fuchsia Temperley London number. Selita Ebanks was working her gown too, but we’re not feeling that new blond short ‘do on her. She beamed happily with Jason Mraz and Estelle at cocktails, so she’s okay with it! Also seen were John Legend, Padma Lakshmi, Marc Anthony who posed alongside his diva wife, and Kevin Jonas with his better half, Danielle Deleasa. Celebrities Roll In For The Hangover Part II Screening And After-Party

They all came in droves to watch the The Hangover Part II! And by “they” we mean every type of celebrity. The supermodels showed up—Selita Ebanks and Alessandra Ambrosio. The fashion designer showed up—Calvin Klein. Even figure skater Johnny Weir turned up! The screening was held at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema in New York City, with an after party at The Top of The Standard.

The cast—Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianaki —held court with director, Todd Phillips. They were probably quite pleased with the mixed bag crowd who showed up, including the likes of Zach Braff, James van der Beek, Ciara, Ivanka Trump and Russell Simmons. Dress or Body Paint? You Decide

Kanye West pretty much had the best night ever. First he pregamed by sailing around the Hudson River on a yacht for Kim Kardashian’s intimate 30th birthday bash. Now, that would easily be enough to make our top ten dream evenings, even with the lack of a million-dollar cake. But this is Kanye we’re taking about and he’s just getting warm.

The rapper then wheeled downtown for the premiere of his directorial debut Runaway, which stars Selita Ebanks, the glorious Victoria’s Secret angel he is supposedly boning. Oh yeah, and she was wearing a dress that was clearly painted on her body. Congrats Kanye, you’ve just won at life.

But maybe it’s not so simple. Rumors have been swirling that Kim and Kanye have been making “Kimye” in their spare moments (even we don’t know what that means). Plus he and Selita seemed distant at the premiere, where they came and went separately and were rarely seen together. Trouble in paradise? Was this amazing dress a giant “F.U.” to Kanye? We don’t care, as long as we get to see pictures of it.

Kanye And Selita Are So Getting Married And Making Babies

Rumors that Kanye West and Selita Ebanks were knocking boots began to surface as far back as 2008. But People ran an article quoting an inside source claiming the two were “just friends.” That is definitely possible. Because, you know, there’s a lot of rappers with over-sized egos and libidos who are “just friends” with gorgeous Victoria’s Secret models.

The rumors died during the Amber Rose era and then resurfaced recently when the two were photographed sitting next to each other at the U.S. Open. Not wanting to jump to conclusions, we weren’t 100% convinced that Kanye and Selita were an official couple. But this picture of the two at the New Yorkers For Children Fall Gala last night changes everything. It’s their official coming out portrait. Their body language and facial expressions are calling out in unison, “Yeah that’s right we’re totally together and madly in love and we don’t care what you think so suck it.”

This time around, allow us to jump straight to a major conclusion: Kanye and Selita are going to get married and they’re going to make babies, soon. And we’re not basing our theory on one picture alone. Said Kanye last month to Rap-Up: “I’m not trying to dive into anything unless I really, really think that I can marry this person. Really? We’re Supposed To Believe These Two Are A Couple?

Media Take Out‘s all worked up today (their post is titled “DUH-RAMMMMA!”) over their allegation that Kanye West has been “sneaking around” with Selita Ebanks behind boyfriend Maxwell‘s back. Apparently she and Maxwell have been up in each others’ pants for 6 months, and he is gonna freak his sh*t when he finds out his model love is bumpin’ uglies with Kanye, OMG!!! (As we noted earlier, Kanye was stuck sitting in front of Chuck and Vanessa from Gossip Girl, the poor guy.)

The “proof:” the above photo of Kanye and Selita sitting together chastely at the US Open and an anonymous source who could be anyone from my cat to me to Maxwell himself. Or, as we in the blogging world like to call it: “jumping to conclusions.”

Now, for all we know Kanye and Selita could have left the US Open and done it every which way all night long. But from what we have seen and read, there’s nothing that points us in that direction. And even if it is true, who cares? He’s Kanye West, guys, he does what he wants. It’s called the Taylor Swift moment and it rocked America to its core for 20 seconds last year. And frankly, Selita is a grown-ass woman who’s proven herself to be smart and savvy (example a): she got into Colombia, example b): she got rid of Nick Cannon), so if she wants to bone the biggest ego in America, so be it.
