Rihanna, Tom Felton Join The Wave Of Holiday Beach Vacays

Given that our first instinct is to slather them with SPF 75 and follow them around with a golf umbrella, it’s probably better that we’re just catching a glimpse of all these celebrity beach vacations, rather than actually being on those trips ourselves. Off the coast of Maui, Ben Stiller opted for paddle boarding this week, while Brooke Burns swam and Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon canoed off the same island. Meanwhile, Marc Jacobs and ex-boyfriend Lorenze Martone lounged on St. Barts, Cuba Gooding Jr. laughed with friends poolside, Tom Felton partied in Miami and Rihanna tweeted her fans from Barbados. Seeing how happy they all are, we guess we can temporarily ignore the potential for celebrity sunburn. Plus, think about how much vitamin D they’re getting right now! So, so much!

Kate Moss Makes A Rare Runway Appearance

She’s back! Kate Moss closed — and totally stole — the show for Louis Vuitton’s spring-summer collection in Paris yesterday. Love or hate her, you have to admit her presence on the runway adds that little something extra. Kate’s totally become more of front-row gal more than just your regular supermodel, so this appearance is indeed rare. The fact that her close pal Marc Jacobs designed the collection probably sealed the deal. Kate actually asked to be a part of it, as Marc explained, “She asked to be in the show and she’s a very dear friend so…happy to oblige”

Considering Kate just got married in July made the outfit she wore on the runway even more poignant. She looked like a demure, mod ’60s couturier’s bridal dream in a white laser-cut feather dress with a gorgeous bell skirt! That’s how it’s done, ladies and gents.

Dakota Fanning Channels Lolita For Marc Jacobs Oh, Lola!

Oh, no, girl! Dakota Fanning stars in the Oh, Lola! campaign for Marc Jacobs. It’s the designer’s new fragrance for summer and is being marketed as “lively, playful, irresistible, stylish and cheerful”. That’s all just dandy, but what we’re a bit concerned about is the advertisement itself.

The shot, taken by Juergen Teller, depicts a wide-eyed, artfully disheveled actress as Lolita, with the rose tipped bottle placed between her legs. Dakota just graduated high school! She’s just 17 years old. Much as we love her, isn’t this way too suggestive? We get the “Lolita” character was meant to be that way, but that’s the reason why it’s caused so much debate till now. Come on, seriously? Rose cap for a bottle? Between the legs? Babydoll dress? It’s a bit too sexual for us, mainly because they’ve got such a young model posing in it. Then again, Marc Jacobs has never been cookie cutter and has always pushed boundaries with his campaigns. We’ll leave it up to you to decide whether this is a bit too controversial an ad for Dakota to be in.

Vanessa Hudgens Shines, Literally, At Marc Jacobs’ Show

There’s something about this super-shiny number that Vanessa Hudgens wore to the Marc Jacobs show at Fashion Week in New York that doesn’t work for us. It could be the shine-on-shine element (too many satiny pink things all in one outfit, it’s a St. Valentine’s Day Fashion Massacre), it could just be that shiny blazers are best left to Mick Jagger and the cast of Dynasty. To be fair, Hudgens looks great otherwise and we’d kill to have legs like that, it’s just the jacket that’s slowly killing us. The Top Ten Most Disturbingly Awesome Things About Logo’s New Show: The A-List

Logo’s The A-List: New York starts tonight and, despite what you may have heard, it is far from another Real Housewives clone. For example: way less bad plastic surgery, way more hot guys making out. In order to get you ready for the premiere, let us present you with the show’s top ten “guilty pleasure” moments, the ones that will make you embarrassed to admit how much you love The A-List…until you realize that everyone else secretly does too.

1. More chiseled abs than your eyeballs can handle: Best known as Lance Bass‘ ex and a former Amazing Race competitor, Reichen Lumkuhl cannot seem to keep his shirt on. And we ain’t complaining! Especially considering Reichen has what is commonly known in the medical community as a “24-pack.” When examining a photo he took for a fashion shoot, Reichen murmurs, “Your eyes go right to the nipples.” Believe us, yours will too.

2. Kelly Rowland has already made a cameo: Edgy fashion photographer Mike Ruiz shoots a veritable parade of fabulous guest stars, the first being a divalicious Rowland, wearing a jacket constructed out of toy lion heads. “Your girls look fierce”, Mike reassures her, which is what everyone wants to hear when they are wearing leather bat wings as a hat.

3. Lindsay Lohan crashes on their sofas: Former model and current model manager Derek Saathoff proudly describes how Lohan sleeps at his place while she visits New York. We hope he remembers to flip those couch cushions over when she leaves!

Lady Gaga And Marc Jacobs Do V Magazine

Check out this amazing V Magazine cover with Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga. This gorgeous piece was shot by who else but Mario Testino and the master photog has the Lady dressed as Lady Liberty, only Gagafied of course. Read: in her underwear.

This issue is called V67- The New York issue. We’re guessing the rest of the magazine is going to be filled with even crazier images and the buzz is that it’s also going to feature plenty of everybody’s favorite New Yorkers! We’re also guessing that a fair amount of peeps aren’t going to be too happy with that stripped-down cover.

Is Marc Jacobs Splitting With Lover Lorenzo?

Designer Marc Jacobs and boyfriend/husband (they’ve argued the latter) Lorenzo Martone‘s red carpet romance may be coming to and end. The New York Post says it’s splitsville for the two, with Martone skipping the wedding of Robert Duffy (where Jacobs was best man) in Provincetown this weekend. “They’ve both been telling people that they broke up,” say the Post‘s sources, alleging Martone will be moving out of their Chelsea apartment shortly.

Here’s the rub. The Boston Herald said that Martone did attend the wedding, even pointing out that the pair have considered making their commitment ceremony legal in the same location. So who got their information wrong? Gawker notes the Herald‘s piece is infinitely more detailed (and a photo from a commenter sure looks like the couple at a wedding), but both depend on those anonymous unreliable sources for their info. It’s up to Jacobs and Matrone to say which paper’s making an ASS out of U and ME, and so far their lips are sealed. See photos of the fantastically flamboyant couple below.

Celebs Migrate For The Holidays

There’s a certain kind of celebrity that flies from its native habitat of New York, Los Angeles or London to breed, bath in warm ocean waters or forage for food and drink along remote tropical beaches. A newly reunited Jude Law and Sienna Miller fall into this category. The on-off-on couple spent the holidays in the Caribbean, as did Rihanna and Marc Jacobs (not together, of course). On the Pacific side, there have been two very rare spottings in Hawaii: Pierce Brosnan with his wife and a shirtless Jeremy Piven.

A different breed has been spotted playing in colder climates this holiday season, including Katy Perry and Russell Brand, now engaged after a pre-Christmas London rendezvous of shopping, sledding and most likely sessions of baby-making practice. But Aspen is the real hot gathering spot in the snow this year, with sightings of Mariah Carey, Antonio Banderas, Paris Hilton and Leann Rimes. [Photo: Splash News Online]

Don’t try to eat a powdered donut through a veil, y’all! Grr! Lady Gaga accepted a Stylemaker award at the 2009 ACE Awards in NY, dressing the part in a predictably absurd ensemble. Compared to this camera hog, fashion world freaks like Betsey Johnson, Agyness Deyn and Marc Jacobs almost look normal. Ok, they still look outrageous.
