Kristen Bell Sloth Story Reveals Dax Shepard As Best Boyfriend Ever

Some of us didn’t need another reason to love Kristen Bell. Not since the day we watched her first stakeout on Veronica Mars. And lately, what with her Hunger Games superfandom and her House of Lies badassery, we’ve been loving her even more. But some of us also didn’t get how someone of her level of extreme cuteness was engaged to someone of moderate cuteness like Dax Shepard (mostly, we just want her and Logan to be together forever and ever). Until today. On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kristen told Ellen how Dax surprised her on her birthday last year by bringing a sloth to their house for her birthday party. Then she shared that her love of sloths is so great that she went into a full-on panic attack after merely GUESSING that there was one in her house. Watch the video below.

10 Best-Dressed At The People’s Choice Awards

As expected, there was a lot of traffic on the red carpet for the People’s Choice Awards and we’re happy to report that some new faces popped up on the best-dressed radar. We welcome Ashley Benson into the fold. She wore an adorable, trumpet-skirted, white (with a black underskirt peeking out) Alice + Olivia frock that we now covet. Also wearing the same designer was a very pregnant Alyson Hannigan who wore a form-fitting, embellished sheath that showed off her bump. Her How I Met Your Mother co-star and close friend Cobie Smulders rocked it in a strapless, electric-blue Reema Acra dress. That incredible gold necklace you see on her is by Etro. Blue works like a charm for Cobie — remember her turquoise Grecian gown at the Emmys last year? Julianne Hough is also on the list and she gets the sexiest ever award in a sizzling silver chainmail Kaufman Franco dress. It clung to every curve but covered everything up in the front. But when she turned — bam — totally backless. Faith Hill — who sang at the show — looked like a beautiful, tall drink of water in a tangerine, halter-necked cocktail dress.

Now to the usual suspects. Miley Cyrus and Lea Michele both wore white but to very different effects. Miley wore a very original David Koma dress which had a sheer panel down the front — it didn’t look smutty at all — and a touch of colorful texturing at the hem. Lea wore a spectacular flapper-like Marchesa dress with a draped back. It was possibly our pick for the night, especially paired with her slash of pink lipstick. Kristen Bell chose one of our favorite designers, Valentino, and wore a lovely sheer blouse and skirt in the punchy shade of vermilion. Chloe Moretz looked fabulous in a green-and-black, edgy Proenza Schouler dress — trust her to pick the coolest designers at 14. It’s beyond us. Rounding up the list, and making us want to say “Top of the mornin’ to ya,” is Emma Stone. It’s the most unusual outfit for the awards show, but she nails it. Emma wore head-to-toe Gucci with a shamrock green tuxedo jacket, black cigarette pants and white silk shirt that had two long panels trailing out.

Remember when Aaliyah sang “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number”? Well, these celebrity couples of past and present are intent on showing us that the same thing goes for height. From basketball stars towering over their significant others to models and their shorter male counterparts, these couples prove that size does not matter. Although some have moved on while others are still going strong, these stars seem to know how to make it work when it comes to a vertical challenge. 10 Best Dressed Celebrities At The VH1 Do Something Awards

Stars brought their A-game to VH1 Do Something Awards! Insert all applause, wolf whistles and back patting here, guys! The show went down yesterday at the Hollywood Palladium in California and we’re pleased to report that celebrities really spiffed themselves up for the event. Including the guys because this best-dressed list involves Justin Bieber, David Beckham and Adam Lambert. David looked so sharp in his suit and also, adorably, brought his son Brooklyn with him.

The ladies more than kept up. Jojo and Amy Poehler brought bright punches of color with them wearing fuchsia and sunshine yellow respectively. We also love the vintage vibe Brittany Snow and Rose McGowan were channeling. Rose had on a strapless, sexy, Dolce & Gabbana black and white star-print dress with red heels and Brittany wore a circle-cut silver animal print dress by Camilla and Marc with mustard ankle-strap pumps.

Kim Kardashian highlighted her kurves in her version of “minimal.” It was sleek, white, body hugging gown — she’s been wearing a lot of white lately, probably as a lead-up to the wedding. But we have to admit she looks pretty fab. Rounding off our top 10 are Demi Lovato and Kristen Bell. Demi looked happy, healthy and leggy in an embellished, flirty white frock. Kristen Bell Makes Out With A Lady (Monkey) At The Hangover II Premiere

Every bro must be jealous of Dax Shepard right now…his fiancee is such a freak she’ll make out with another lady on the red carpet! Baller! Granted, Kristen Bell was tongued by monkey named Crystal who stars in The Hangover II, but it’s still pretty awesome. Other awesome sights at the film’s premiere last night in LA were a happy Robert Downey Jr., a pregnant Alyssa Milano, and Ken Jeong‘s wife, the subject of his unsurprisingly insane, surprisingly touching “Best WTF Moment” MTV Movie Award speech. After all, if it wasn’t for her brave battle with cancer, we never would have seen his wee penis in the first movie.

Kristen Bell Gunning For Hunger Games Role

Let the Kristen Bell Hunger Games campaign commence! We were ready to hand over a script as soon as we heard Bell wanted to join the Hunger Games cast; anyone who’s seen Bell’s clever, kick-ass character in Veronica Mars knows the actress could handle her bidness in whatever futuristic distopia you can throw at her.

However, it looks like Kristen is gunning for the role of Johanna Mason, former Hunger Games victor and participant in the Quarter Quells alongside Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss. Bell’s Hunger Games note to /Films’ fans on Tuesday says it all: “Kristen Bell 4 Johanna Mason!” Kristen has referenced her love for Suzanne Collins‘ series before; Bell tweeted last summer, “I’m not just ‘a’ hunger games fan. THE hunger games fan. read both books twice.” Then again, it looks like Glee‘s Naya Rivera Hunger Games role of choice is also Johanna. You know what that means: celebrity battle to the death!

Scream 4 Premiere Full Of Young Ladies, Arquettes And ’90s Vets

David Arquette swears he’s on good terms with estranged wife Courteney Cox, and last night’s Scream 4 premiere was a good place to prove it. The duo hugged and posed with eternal co-star Neve Campbell on the red carpet, which they shared with old Scream friends (Jamie Kennedy, Matthew Lillard) and new (Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Kristen Bell), not to mention David’s sisters Patricia and Rosanna. Also haunting the scene was Marilyn Manson, who mugged alongside everyone from Eli Roth to Shenae Grimes. Sadly his Scream star ex Rose McGowan wasn’t in attendance, but we can’t blame Marilyn for keeping tabs on this late-90s horror franchise: he’s one, too!

Did Kristen Bell And Dax Shepard Get Married?

These two are so off-the-radar it makes them even more adorable. They’ve been together for five years now, but did Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard secretly get married? If they did, then that would be the coolest f’ing guerilla wedding ever! The reason why we’re hearing chapel bells is because of a particular tweet Kristen sent out yesterday that read, “My adorable husband, @daxshepard1 voting 4 his favorite american idol. Over and over again.”

See what we mean? She used the “H” words as opposed to boyfriend, or fiance (Dax popped the question a year ago). So what gives guys? A rep for them tried to cover it up saying, “They are not married but they refer to each other as husband and wife” but that sounds lame. We still think there’s more to it and kinda hoping they really are The Shepards now.

64-Year-Old Oscar Winner Wears See-Through Shirt, Bra To Movie Premiere

More than two decades after Cher took home an Oscar for her performance in Moonstruck, Cher posed in Spain alongside Burlesque co-star Christina Aguilera in a mini-skirt, thigh-high stockings, velvet jacket, beaded mesh t-shirt and see-through bra. If Aguilera shows up at the premiere of Buttfloss II: The Widening thirty years from now in a similar get-up, she’ll still have five years to go before she can match the audacity of this gypsy, tramp and thief.
