Willow Smith may not have performed or received an award at The Grammys last night, but she definitely won the evening with her adorable charms. The spawn of Jada and Will Smith honestly looks like the happiest attendee in the house, and for good reason—no one else at the Staples Center last night got to bear hug Drake and sit on Lady Gaga‘s lap. Just look at her and Gaga together! It’s unreal! And points to Smith for being so unfazed by Gaga’s prosthetic cheek and shoulder points, unlike us when we saw them on TV. It must have been hard for Jennifer Aniston to interview Critics’ Choice Movie Award nominee Nicole Kidman about her amazing spouse when she kept “getting something in her eye” and had to weep for 45 minutes at a time. As the Just Go With It co-stars revealed in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar, Nicole Kidman prayed for husband Keith Urban…or a man just like him. About meeting her future hubby in 2005, Kidman gushes, “I remember thinking, Oh my God, if you ever gave me a man like that, I promise I would be completely devoted for the rest of my life. Something that wild. I remembered praying after I met him that I’d meet somebody, if not him, like him.” Jeez Nicole, have some tact. You don’t show a starving person your delicious pastrami sandwich when you know they don’t have one of their own.
Despite the wild success both women have had in their field, both Aniston and Kidman agree that nothing is more important than a man. Nothing! “Jen and I like to ask people if they would rather have a great love that lasts a lifetime or an amazing career where you go down in history. Some people do answer that they want an extraordinary career,” Nicole explained. Predictably Aniston didn’t agree with that point of view, maintaining “I know what I would choose. That’s a no-brainer. I would choose the love of my life.” We get it, Jen! You’re a 40-year-old millionaire with the body of a college sophomore, but it all means nothing without a big slobbery dope to love. We get it already.

When Oprah Winfrey goes to Australia, who else can she hang out with but the most badass Aussie of them all, Russell Crowe? This photo amuses us to no end. We’re not going to make any Orange Oprah comparisons but seeing these too looking all chummy and sailor-like in Sydney makes us go oi? This is Russell Crowe. He’s like that guy who grunts and scowls and throws massive chunks of meat on the barbecue while knocking back a sixpack. And then Oprah totally going to be, “How do you feel about sailing, Russell?” Do you get our drift? In a sane universe, these two could never be besties. But here they are, in all their we’re-so-BFF glory. They’ll have to be for two episodes of her show, and then they’ll head back to their separate corners of the EQ scale. It’s just… bizarre.
She’s also going to be hanging out with other Aussies stars during her visit, namely Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, next. What about Hugh Jackman? He was in a movie called Australia for cryin’ out loud (with Nicole, natch). He’s going to be high-kicking in disappointment.

Unless you were watching the Great American Country Network last night, you probably missed the telethon to benefit flood relief in Nashville. The “Music City Keep On Playin’” benefit featured dozens of stars like Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Brad Paisley and the members of Lady Antebellum manning the phone lines and performing to raise money rebuild Nashville after portions of the city were destroyed by flooding two weeks ago. Torrential downpours caused over $1 billion in damage to the city and its inhabitants, and the telethon managed to raise $1.7 million. (To make a $10 donation yourself, you can text “GAC” to 501501.) Think Nicole Kidman is some uptight Aussie actress, primly married and behaving like the serious 40-something mother-of-one that she is? Think again, suckers! No, Nicole is totally racy, and has gone through some crazy sh*t in the name of sex. Honestly, she’s told us so. In the current issue of British GQ magazine, Nic not only poses on the cover in her underwear and one chiffon glove (maybe she lost the other one), but also talks about her relationship experiences in detail.
Describing her current marriage to singer Keith Urban as “raw and dangerous” and reiterating again that she “never will” discuss her marriage to Tom Cruise in detail (boo), Nicole nonetheless is pretty open about what she’s gone through. “I’ve explored obsession. I’ve explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I’ve explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I’ve explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy,” she says. There’s something about certain Hollywood relationships that is so blahhhh. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony? Kinda yawn. Definitely no spark like when Lopez was half of Bennifer. And what does it say about New Bennifer, Ben Affleck and Jen Garner, that Violet Affleck is more entertaining than either of them?
But maybe the most boring relationship of all is Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. After her A-list marriage and divorce from Tom Cruise, we all knew that Nic dealt with some major heartache, and we’re happy that she’s found love with Urban, but they just seem weird together, it’s a relationship that seemed to come out of nowhere. Urban recently told Ellen DeGeneres that the reason the couple named their 9-month-old daughter Sunday is because he always felt that, “Particularly when you don’t have someone in your life … in my experience, Sunday was the loneliest day.” Grrreat?
He clarified by saying, “It went from being sort of the most dreaded day of the week for us to being the most joyous day, because we just had a family.” We can appreciate that these guys are a bit more under the radar than they used to be and probably covet their privacy, but stories about naming your kid after your own loneliness is something we’d expect from Morrissey, maybe, but not Keith Urban. It may be seven long years since Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise split up, but it’s never too late to spill the beans on what went on behind the scenes of one of Hollywood’s starriest pairings. And Nic obviously feels the time is right now – yay! In a very candid interview with Glamour magazine, Mrs Keith Urban takes the opportunity to explain how she felt she was expected to be only a pretty, silent accessory, while Tom was the real star.
‘’I felt I became a star only by association. I didn’t think [my early movies] were very good, which is why I would always cower in the background. I thought, I don’t deserve to be here. We would go to the Oscars and I would think, I’m here to support him. I felt it was my job to put on a beautiful dress and to be seen and not heard,’ she said.
Man, that almost sounds as if Tom could have been a little bit controlling in their marriage. That sounds very unusual, especially as his current wife Katie Holmes is a young, attractive up-and-coming-actress, whose early movies haven’t been all that good. Oh.
