Linda Hogan Says She Feared For Her Life Due To Hulk’s Violence

First Kindergarten Cop, now Mr. Nanny. Must all the brawny, thick-necked men of our childhood turn out to be skeeze balls? In Linda Hogan’s Today Show interview, the wrestler’s ex described how Hulk Hogan‘s allegedly violent tendencies had her fearing for her life, before and during the filming of their show Hulk Knows Best. As Matt Lauer quotes from her book Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes, Linda writes, “[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages.” Considering Hogan once declared that he “understood” how O.J. Simpson felt, that sounds like a completely reasonable, terrifying assumption to us.

In addition to the Hulk’s alleged domestic abuse, Linda Hogan tell-all book goes on to detail the drug abuse she saw going on throughout the wrestling community, as well as son Nick Hogan‘s car accident in 2008, which permanently disabled his friend John Graziano. Says Linda about Hulk’s abusiveness, “He did not feel remorse — and to this day he’s never apologized for any of his actions.” Ugh, and we forgot he was in Muppets In Space too. See, this is why we can’t have nice things.

“Macho Man” Randy Savage, 58, Dies In Car Accident After Heart Attack

Randy Poffo, better known as legendary wrestler “Macho Man” Randy Savage, died while driving earlier this morning, having lost control of his Jeep Wrangler during a heart attack. Savage’s wife Lynn—who married him just over a year ago—was also in the car, but reportedly only received minor injuries. Savage wrestled professionally for over 30 years, making his debut as The Spider-Fiend in 1973 before joining the WWF as Savage in 1985. Randy left for the WCW in 1994, having won two championship s and the title of King Of The Ring in 1987. Savage continued to wrestle until retiring in late 2004.

On top of his wrestling career, Savage was known for his career as a Slim Jim pitchman and numerous voice and live-action acting roles, the most famous arguably being wrestler Bonesaw McGraw in 2002′s Spider-Man. Hulk Hogan Undergoes 10-Hour Back Surgery

Guess the Hulk couldn’t hack the honeymoon! About a week after marrying Jennifer McDaniel, Terry “Hulk” Hogan headed to the hospital to have his spine fused. The Hulk tweeted after an operation in September, so hopefully the 10-hour procedure he just endured will keep him from going back under the knife too soon (remember, whether carrying your wife into home or throwing a wrestling heel off the mat, bend from the knees).

“It was a pretty lengthy surgical procedure. Doctors did some fusion work and rebuilding and restructuring of the spine. But he’s recovering smoothly,” a source told Radar. “We hope he’ll be able to leave the hospital relatively quickly. He’s always taken very good care of himself and in very good physical shape…If Terry had his way, he’d go home tomorrow.” Don’t worry, Hulk—no matter how long you’re in the hospital, your wife will always be more than 20 years younger than you.

Fight Breaks Out At Hulk’s Wedding

If it wasn’t for the lawsuit threats, we’d assume this was staged. Hulk Hogan‘s backyard wedding to Jennifer McDaniel was interrupted mid-vows by a brawl between bodyguards and a trespassing photographer. What’s impressive is that the service still only took about two minutes. “Hulk’s security team was in the background throwing around the paparazzi who was standing 200 feet away in the shoreline water,” a source told Radar. Police on the scene made no arrests, but the shutterbug filed a complaint later in the day. “The paparazzo wants charges filed and plans to sue for physical, financial and emotional distress,” says the source—guess he didn’t get a crack at the buffet.

The nuptials were a spur of the moment affair, inspired by McDaniel finally agreeing to a pre-nup (how romantic!). “This time we’re really gonna make history!” said Hulk, tweeting a shot of his wedding ring before the civil service. A bigger party with all their friends and wrestling buddies is being planned, so watch out, paparazzi—those guys throw chairs.

Dry Your Eyes, Ladies: Hulk Hogan Has Registered For A Marriage License

The ladies of South Beach are weeping hot ochre tears tonight now that their king Hulk Hogan registered for a marriage license. The 57-year-old Hogan got engaged this summer to 35-year-old stunner Jennifer McDaniel, who you might recognize from the mirror Brooke Hogan now has to permanently stare into. You know what they say: age ain’t nothing but a number. And beef jerky will keep forever if left in a warm, sunny environment.

Legally the couple has until January 11, 2011 to get hitched, so Jennifer only has a few short months to finishing ripping cleavage slits in the bodice of those hot pink Lycra bridesmaids dresses. They aren’t going to rip themselves! Says Hulk about his impending marriage, “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life.” So take that, other family!

Naw, we’re just teasing. We’re glad these two are actually going through with it, considering that Jennifer already had the Hulk’s name tattooed on her arm last fall. No one deserves to have our middle school nickname written permanently on their body unless they’re getting something out of the deal. Oh, wait, she got his real name, Terry, tattooed on her body? Over-Sharer Hulk Hogan Tweets Hospital Stay

It takes a lot to get this dude down so this can’t be good. Hulk Hogan‘s in hospital after he was admitted for “excruciating back pain.” He’s had plenty of surgery on his back over the years, probably due to his wrestling career and it looks like this bout’s following the same route. Apparently the Hulk had discomfort in his back over the last few days until yesterday, when he found he couldn’t get out of bed. Luckily his girlfriend was around and she called the ambulance. He’s still in hospital going through tests.

This is the Hulk though, so you can’t expect him to stay down. Hulk posted a bunch of videos from his room, where he wrote on TwitVid: “Emergency at morton plant hospital, hung on as long as I could. back is totally spazzing out. time to heal. HH.”

Hulk’s also been tweeting up a storm, which generally means he’ll be better real soon. Get well, brother

Linda Hogan To Write Tell-All: “I Don’t Think Hulk Will Like It”

Hulk Hogan dished a lot of dirt about ex-wife Linda Hogan in his autobiography last year, and now she’s planning her revenge. Brooke‘s mom, who complained about the “sensationalism” in Hulk’s My Life Outside The Rings, is hawking a tell-all covering “all the trials she endured during the marriage, Nick’s accident and the things she has accomplished.” “I don’t think [Hulk] will like it,” her attorney Ray Rafool told Pop Tarts. “Unless it is his version, everything else is not true. But Linda isn’t writing it for him.”

Linda, who recently settled with the family of son Nick Hogan‘s car crash victim (“I felt it was the right thing to do”), is searching for more than just a publisher, though. The former Hogan Knows Best star is looking for a new reality show of her own. Said Rafool, “She is glad that all the negative matters of her life have concluded and that she’s able to go on with positive, affirmative actions in the future.” Right after she gives her two cents on the past, of course—and makes a little off it.

Good to see Brooke Hogan and Jennifer McDaniel share common interests. Hulk Hogan‘s daughter and new fiancee were spotted poolside at the Miami Beach Hotel yesterday. Brooke, who came to town after Christmas, had been waxing ecstatic about her vacation the night before on Twitter. “Man oh man. MIA… Crazy. Had a sweet night with my girls… Hittin the sack now. Nighty night!” Looks like she had a pretty sweet day after, too. Get a closer look in the gallery below.

After Hulk Hogan divorced his wife Linda after 24 years of marriage in 2007, there was clearly a blonde-haired, boob-shaped hole in his heart. Luckily, he found an exact fit in his girlfriend of two years, Jennifer McDaniel. Actually, McDaniel could easily fit into a Brooke Hogan shaped hole too, as you can see. He sure has a type, that guy! Does he even know any brunettes now that Andre the Giant has gone to to that big wrestling ring in the sky?

The Hulkster, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was spotted by TMZ walking through LAX last week with McDaniel when he pointed to an enormous ring on McDaniel’s finger and said “Check that left hand out. Hulk Hogan Beaten And Bloodied At Press Conference

Hulk Hogan just gave Australia a taste of the brutality they can expect at his upcoming Hulkamania wrestling event in Sydney. The reality star was promoting the show at a press conference when long-time rival Ric Flair showed up to mock the Hulk’s drama with ex-wife Linda. When Hulk tried to walk away, Flair pummeled him with his belt and fist, leaving Brooke Hogan‘s dad a bloody mess. You could be forgiven for being skeptical, but TMZ swears it was real, and Aussie news shows, less familiar with the nature of pro wrestling, aren’t sure what to think.
