Eva Mendes Praises “Dream Co-Star” Ryan Gosling In Marie Claire

Eva Mendes keeps things professional in her new Marie Claire interview (in addition to looking crazy good on their March cover), but we can read between the lines when it comes to her comments about alleged boyfriend Ryan Gosling. “He’s your dream co-star,” Mendes raves about her fellow The Place In The Pines actor. We feel you, girl! Ryan Gosling is our dream co-star too! In as much as he co-stars in our dreams … as our husband … and also we can breathe underwater? We need to consult a dream dictionary about that. Adds Mendes, “I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film. He’s amazing.” We bet Ryan helps you feel satisfied! You can’t see our glasses, Eva, but they are all the way at the end of our noses and we are peering over them at you. Suggestively.

Unfortunately Mendes is nothing if not a class act, and as such declines to elaborate on the details of her romantic connection with the Drive star. Details like, what Ryan’s underwear choice might be, or if he ever whimpers our name in his sleep. “Stop, just stop,” Mendes says once her interviewer presses her for more information about her manfriend. “I’m not gonna budge. I feel uncomfortable talking about it. It’s too personal.” Don’t worry, Eva. We already know you two went to Disney World together. We can fill in the blanks from here.

Penelope Cruz Is PETA’s Latest, Most Tasteful Nude Celeb Spokesperson

Penelope Cruz is just the latest (and, some might argue, greatest) celebrity to strip off her couture in support of PETA‘s anti-fur cause. Cruz’s new PETA ad only offers a glimpse of bare shoulder (unlike, say, Pamela Anderson‘s cuts of meat bikini pose), but hopefully that small sliver of skin will give a big boost to the organization’s efforts once it debuts on a billboard near Penn Station in NYC today. “Penelope has appeared on every ‘best-dressed’ list in the world, and the one thing you’ll never see her wearing is fur,” PETA’s Senior VP Lisa Lange explained to US Weekly.

Check out some similarly topless PETA ads from the likes of Eva Mendes, Nia Long and Khloe Kardashian, as well as some fur-clad celeb offenders like Kim Kardashian, whom PETA has accused of being less than friendly toward all the little birdies and the little monkeys.

Ryan Gosling Has A PDA-Filled Disney Date With Eva Mendes

Listen. Do you hear that? That’s the sound of millions of hearts shattering to the strains of “It’s A Small World After All”. It looks like our favorite earth quakin’, fight breakin’ hero Ryan Gosling has a new lady love in his life…and sadly, it isn’t Rachel McAdams again. Ryan spent the weekend canoodling around Disneyland with his The Place Beyond The Pines costar, Eva Mendes. Exclusive pics from Us Weekly show the two holding hands and kissing. *Gasp* Not in front of Goofy, guys! “They were very playful,” a fellow Disney reveler told Us. “Eva was skipping around like a little girl…She would lean into him and she held his arm the entire time.” They rode rides together, and sampled the park’s finest fairground cuisine, including churros, cotton candy and corn-on-the-cob. “She fed him,” said an observer.

According to a source on the set of their new movie, the twosome have been moving toward more-than-costars status for quite some time. “It hasn’t been a secret how excited Eva’s been to film with him, and she’s always joked with us about how gorgeous he is,” they told US. “She’s never been shy about having the hots for him! There’s always been this strong chemistry…this was just a matter of time.” We can only imagine the passionate wet kisses under Splash Mountain. Disneyland may the happiest place on Earth for them, but it just crushed an untold number of fan girl/boy dreams. The Mickey Mouse giveth, and the Mickey Mouse taketh away.

Spike TV’s Annual Guys Choice Awards Brings Out The A-List

Spike TV’s Annual “Guys Choice Awards” Show almost got completely sidelined thanks to the MTV Movie Awards. Both shows happened on the weekend, but the Guys Choice was one day earlier. But never fear, we’ve got the pictures that matter. “Decade of Hotness” winner Jennifer Aniston receiving her award in a tiny Azzedine Alaia black dress on the stage, for one!

Newly 40 Mark Wahlberg also won both ”Guy of The Year” and the “Guy Movie of the Year”, while Keith Richards won the “Brass Balls” of the year (handed over to him by Robert de Niro no less)! Mila Kunis was on hand to receive the “Holy Grail of Hotness Award” from Justin Timberlake and Jim Carrey won “Funniest MF.” Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson were there acting quite chummy, so the plot thickens! Eva Mendes Wraps Herself In Red For Tribeca Last Night Premiere

Eva Mendes doesn’t get a lot of roles in serious pictures (not that we didn’t love her in The Spirit, The Other Guys and Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans), so we can’t blame her for dressing in earnest at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Last Night last night, where her heavy red gown stood out from the playful party dresses and men without ties. Also attending the affair were everyone from Tribeca regulars Robert DeNiro and Liev Schrieber to rarer sights like Courtney Love and Dionne Warwick. Rosario Dawson Grabs Paul Rudd’s Junk, Is Our Personal Hero

We never imagined anyone would be able to touch an A-lister’s junk and stand up for women’s rights at the same time. But as always, we’re painfully incorrect. At Saturday’s Independent Spirit Awards, Rosario Dawson grabbed Paul Rudd’s crotch after unexpectedly leaping on stage. Apparently Rosario didn’t take kindly to presenters Rudd and Eva Mendes‘ sketch, which hilariously featured Rudd repeatedly grabbed Eva’s breasts. Haha, yeah, what a knee-slapper. You two should take your show on the road!

“I’m a women’s rights activist and I was getting a little tired that he was grabbing her boob onstage for half an hour,” Dawson told Access Hollywood. “Nothing bad, but it was funny.” In case it seems like such a beautiful moment had to be choreographed, apparently Dawson decided in the moment to take the stage. “I was sitting there with my fork like, ‘If he doesn’t stop, I’m going to stab him with my fork,’” Rosario said. “So I got up there and I stabbed him with my fork, and he didn’t stop, so I was like, alright, I’m going to grab his package.” We didn’t even notice the fork in her hand until right now! Wow, we look forward to the day when we’re famous enough to make our opinions known by grabbing celebrities’ wieners. Until then, we aren’t allowed back on the N train.

Celebrities Party It Up At The Vanity Fair Oscar Party

How gorgeous did everyone look at the massive Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood! We had already seen the likes of winners Natalie Portman and Colin Firth at the show, but plenty of other celebrities, who we hadn’t necessarily focussed on, came out to play. And one couple who got adorably frisky together were Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, who held hands and were quite cozy through out. Can we also say Selena rocked it in a gorgeous red Dolce & Gabbana gown? Sure it’s grown up, but Ms Gomez pulled it off admirably especially with the Biebs accessorizing her arm! She also was cutesy with pal Taylor Swift who sparkled (as usual) in a strapless gold beaded Zuhair Murad mini dress.

Gwyneth Paltrow also changed out of her Oscar gown into the Michael Kors number she wore to perform onstage, and posed with buddy Cameron Diaz. The latter’s legs went on for miles in a flirty short-short Carolina Herrera. Other couples included Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel who wore sexy Versace, and Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin who looked great in a red Monique Lhuillier dress. Lots Of Fashion Do’s At The Glamour Reel Moments Event

Glamour‘s Reel Moments event is a night celebrating stories written by women and brought to life on film by female directors. This year, the directors included Jessica Biel, Eva Mendes and Rachel Weisz, and their films can be viewed on the Reel Moments website.

In addition to their talent, they also have the ability to look flawless on the red carpet – just check out Mendes and Biel as proof. Demi Moore, who directed a film for the event last year, was also there looking effortlessly cool and casual. There will be no black bars over any of these ladies’ eyes, that’s for sure. Does Glamour still do the Fashion Do and Don’ts? Is that reference still topical? Doesn’t matter, point is, these ladies are all smoking hot.
