Emilio Estevez Swears Charlie Sheen Is “A Completely Different Guy” Now

And we were all like, Emilioooo! According to Emilio Estevez, Charlie Sheen is doing much better. “He’s a different guy. He’s a completely different guy,” Emilio told Access Hollywood. “He’s got his voice back. And I think he’s got his focus. He’s on a new show and he’s gonna be roasted by Comedy Central – which I think is going to be hysterical. I think that he’s really got it together. And he’s very excited about the crew of the show he’s putting together.” On the flip side, both Charlie Sheen’s roast and Anger Management sitcom are going to be way less entertaining of the man’s just sitting there quietly, drinking green tea and filling out his I-9.

Despite his personal motto involving ducks and how they all fly together, Estevez had some harsh words for his brother in the past, comparing him to Fredo in The Godfather: Part II and joking, “There are times, like these, when I want to take Charlie out for a boat ride.” At the end of the day, though, these two have the same warlock blood flowing through their veins. And in Charlie’s case, let’s hope that’s it.

Emilio Estevez Has The Occasional Urge To Shoot Charlie Sheen

Emilio Estevez has some harsh things to say about his brother Charlie Sheen at the moment, given Sheen’s recent behavior. Estevez compared his family to the Corleones in The Godfather, specifically the moment Michael Corleone has his brother Fredo killed.

“There’s that thing in The Godfather: Part II of ‘I love you, Fredo, you’re my brother, but don’t ever take sides with anyone against the family,’” Estevez says. “Then Michael Corleone has to have Fredo ‘taken out’ on the boat. There are times, like these, when I want to take Charlie out for a boat ride. Charlie should know that he might have a boat ride in the future. Someone’s got to be Michael Corleone.” We’re sure he’d shoot him out of love, though, it’s all out of LOVE. Just like when Sheen shot Kelly Preston that time. That was out of love, too.

Before Estevez resorts to murder, he’s still optimistic that Sheen will get out of this mess he’s in. Estevez says, “There’s always hope, and there are so many examples of people pulling themselves out of the s— and having a rebirth. So you just pray for him and hope he has that moment of clarity.” Fingers crossed that moment of clarity comes soon, this winning warlock stuff is getting exhausting.

The Brat Pack: Then And Now

okseriouslythisistheone

The five stars of The Breakfast Club reunited this weekend for a John Hughes tribute in New York City. Hughes’ death of a heart attack just over one year ago left us a little shaken – even though the teens in his films were a few years older than us, they depicted adolescence in a way we haven’t seen since, and we’re Hughes disciples of the highest order. Not to mention the fact that his trio of high school films, The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, and Sixteen Candles, marked the genesis of The Brat Pack, the group of young actors including Molly Ringwald, Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe and Demi Moore, who were known for starring – and partying – together during the mid 1980s.

So whatever happened to the Brat Pack? Some of them, like Robert Downey, Jr., have found more success now than ever, and others, like say, Mare Winningham, found that their star burned out before it even got to shine. More often than not though, after a dark period called the 1990s, these actors reemerged and found success on television and in movies and most importantly, on Twitter. Journey with us to a land of prom, record stores and fancy cars and see what became of them…

Celebrity Doppelgangers

Common folk eat up comparisons to their famous look-a-like, but what about celebrities themselves? Via makeup, plastic surgery, and sheer coincidence, duplicates of our beloved stars are running rampant all over Hollywood, or in Lady Gaga‘s case, gracing our currency. Here are 20 of our favorite, unrelated, doppelgangin’ celebs. [Photos: Getty Images]
