Thanksgiving Diet: Feast On These Hot Celebs

Relax, we’re not actually going to give you diet tips on this, the most holy of holidays for food lovers. We’re merely suggesting that if you’re anything like us, it’s hard to remember that there will be consequences if we ask for second helpings of mashed potatoes and pie. We slip into a food coma and wake up just long enough to eat the leftovers. So we thought we’d provide this little visual inspiration: 24 hot celebrities — from Britney Spears to Henry Cavill, Pippa Middleton to Hugh Jackman, Adriana Lima to Jennifer Lopez — who have bodies we’d basically kill to have, and who work hard to get them. Maybe seeing them jog, lift weights and strut their assets will inspire you to get off the couch. Or you might just want to sit back and enjoy the view while munching on a turkey leg. That’s the kind of freedom those pilgrims came here to attain, isn’t it?

Marilyn Manson’s Karaoke Meltdown Makes Us Ask: Where Goth They Now?

Marilyn Manson seems more likely to summon the hell hound Cerberus from the gates of Hades than sing “Cry Me a River” six times at a Las Vegas karaoke bar, but according to the New York Post, that is where the Antichrist Superstar found himself this past Halloween weekend. Accompanied by his model girlfriend, Lindsay Usich, Manson allegedly “playfuly waved” a knife at his fellow partygoers before yelling, “I am sorry I went nuts, but I’m a rock star!” Finding out how Manson has been keeping himself busy made us wonder how our other favorite goth celebrities are doing. Join us, won’t you, as we journey back to a simpler, more sinister time in a segment we’d like to call “Where Goth They Now?”

Happy Spirit Day! Our Favorite Celeb Tweets Against LGBT Bullying

Lots of us are wearing purple today, supporting Spirit Day, which started last year in response to the horrifying spate of LGBT teen suicides linked to bullying. But even if the color didn’t fit in your wardrobe, the wonders of social networking have made it possible to turn your profile pic purple, and we think that counts too. Of course, as with any cause, some of our fave celebs are lending their 140 characters to the effort. Here are some of the best so far:

Stars Get Their Hipster On At Coachella

Coachella 2011 just ended and as usual, tons of stars were around – both onstage and off – at the music festival. They all wore their best hippie chic gear, as is evident with the likes of Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Vanessa Hudgens (who, we kid you not, wore printed bell-bottoms). Some ladies did represent vintage, like Dita von Teese who looked like a 1940′s pin-up in a sailor hat, and Katy Perry, who went quasi-flapper!

It’s no secret that we have a massive crush on Ian Somerhalder and we’ve resolutely ignored rumors of him and Nina Dobrev dating because IT ISN’T HAPPENING. So him and Nina at Coachella? Casually almost draped over each other? Hanging out with Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger? Just because those two are a couple, doesn’t mean it’s a double date! (Someone hold us while we cry.) Red-Hot Celebrities Walk The Heart Truth Runway In New York City

The Heart Truth Red Dress show opened New York Fashion Week yesterday. And what a show it was! The annual show has celebrities wearing different red dresses as symbols to help inspire women to get proactive with heart disease awareness.

The star of the show was Dita von Teese, who killed it in a scarlet Zac Posen gown. Camila Alves came a close second looking statuesque in Kaufman Franco column — but then again, she is a model! Suzanne Somers wore a flirty flounced Ina Soltani number, and we have to say, she looked pretty damn great too. A chestnut haired Denise Richards looked gorgeous in Matthew Williamson, while Patti LaBelle shut it down in a dramatic Zang Toi creation. Who Was That Masked Model?

Well, here’s a party that will give us nightmares. It’s Paris Fashion Week, and last night Vogue threw a masked ball that looks like it was quite a debaucherous but elegant affair. Basically everyone from the fashion and modeling world was there in some variation of mask that ranged from elegant to haunting to 7-11 robber who wore fishnets instead of traditional pantyhose (that would be Tyra, could you tell?)

We haven’t seen so many funny/scary pictures from a party in a long time. Kate Moss looks trashed (could that look and hair be intentional? With her you never know), Lenny Kravitz looks like Zorro, and Dita Von Teese looks exactly the same as she always does. If you have an aversion to clowns. mesh, or Eyes Wide Shut, proceed with caution.

UPDATE! We were so right about Tyra. She actually did fashion her mask out of an old pair of fishnets. She Tweeted about it, saying: “So FRENCH VOGUE mask is sum cheap FISHNET stockings I got n crazy store n Paris! I cut em up n made it y’all. N did my ow hair n makeup.” You don’t say.

Lindsay Lohan Misses Opera Escort Gig With 77-Year-Old Millionaire

Richard Lugner, the 77-year-old Austrian entrepreneur who pays a different celeb each year to be his arm candy at Vienna’s Opera Ball, says Lindsay Lohan wouldn’t be taking her place beside him at the gala. Lugner—who will bring hunky German singer Dieter Bohlen in her stead—accused the starlet of missing her scheduled flight due to a shopping spree in LA and not being able to afford the late fees. “She’s a nutcase,” he said last week after complaining about alleged demands like a private jet with a bed and promises of no alcohol in her eyeline. Lohan, whose last personal tweet was a cryptic “away we gooooo!!!!” late Thursday night, has yet to comment.

As suggested by her replacement’s lack of female anatomy, escorting Lugner doesn’t quite have the same connotations as escorting, say, Hugh Hefner. The tycoon—who already has a young girlfriend named Bambi, thanks—started his annual tradition with Harry Belafonte in 1992. A bevvy of older lovelies like Ivana Trump and Raquel Welch followed, but Lugner’s aimed younger starlets earlier this decade, with recent opera companions including Paris Hilton, Dita Von Teese and Geri Halliwell. Dita Von Teese “Shocked” Americans Think Burlesque Is So Taboo

Dita Von Teese is considered a burlesque goddess in Europe, but the queen of stripping down feels people in the U.S. don’t quite understand her art. “I don’t mean to America bash, but it is interesting that burlesque is an American invention. Burlesque as we know it and the great burlesque that was prevalent in America in the 30s and 40s in big theaters with big stars that were in the movies and on TV and wrote books. It’s shocking to imagine it is now 75 years later and people are still saying, ‘I don’t get it, she’s a stripper’” the former bride of Marilyn Manson says.

“I don’t mind being called that because that is what I do, but I don’t understand why there is such a taboo attached to it. Basically what I do is like an actress that has nude scenes in a movie, it’s part of my role and its part of what my show is. It’s not really any different. Dita Von Teese: Drugs Gave Me New Boobs

We’ve heard of drug use taking its toll on youthful good looks, but turning your bouncy rack into a floppy pair of spaniels’ ears is something new. But apparently that’s what happened to Dita Von Teese. The burlesque uberstar partied hard courtesy of of some pharmaceuticals back in the day, and blames that for her subsequent boob job.

“I was a bit of a party girl in the early ’90s and used LSD and Ecstasy. Eventually my weight dropped to 6stone 7lbs and I looked terrible, so I gave up drugs. My breasts never recovered, so when I was 21 I had 32D implants,” she said. While fashion-forward fellows like Jon Bon Jovi and James Franco attended last night’s 26th Annual Night Of Stars in NYC, we couldn’t help but notice all the famous ladies flying solo for Fashion Group International’s prestigous award ceremony. Emmy Rossum was there without Adam Duritz, Gwen Stefani without Gavin Rossdale, and even Iman left David Bowie at home. Dita Von Teese and Evan Rachel Wood—Marilyn Manson‘s ex-wife and the then-teeanger he left her for—managed to hit the carpet without making it any redder.
