2009 was quite a year for Karissa and Kristina Shannon. Hugh Hefner’s 19-year-old twin girlfriends went from obscurity to running around town with the world’s most famous playboy, and his third girlfriend, Crystal Harris. Holly Madison doesn’t like to watch her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner’s reality show with his three replacement girlfriends, Crystal Harris and twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon. “I had a great time with Hef and the girls when they came to see “Peepshow” and hang out in Vegas. I don’t watch the other episodes, though, because it kind of makes me mad. The girls need to focus on what makes them unique and not doing the same things Bridget, Kendra, and I have already done on the show. Even camping in the backyard was an idea I had for an episode that we never got around to shooting. And guess what they just showed? The girls camping in the backyard. I don’t want to look behind, I want to look forward.” The show apparently doesn’t miss Holly too much, as they had a record breaking 2.4 million viewers for the new season. She’s recently been eclipsed by the baby-making antics of her fellow former Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson, but you can’t keep a Playboy bunny down for long, y’know. Bridget Marquardt is reportedly in talks to appear in the forthcoming series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in the UK - and we for one think it’s a brilliant idea.
The show’s been kind to its US competitors over the years, making stars and giving spin-off TV series to former jungle denizens David Gest and Janice Dickinson. Kendra Wilkinson is about to pop out her baby boy and the E! reality star had a Playmate-studded baby shower to get ready to welcome her new little one into the world. Hugh Hefner, new girlfriends Crystal Harris, and Karissa and Kristina Shannon attended the event. “The girls are going to Kendra’s baby shower today,” Hef wrote on Twitter. “Crystal, the twins, Holly, Bridget & Kendra will all be there. How can I stay away?”

With her new marriage and baby on the way, lately the only Girl Next Door we hear about is pregnant Kendra Wilkinson. What about her other former housemates and co-girlfriends of Hugh Hefner, Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison? Although the two are leading different lives, the Playboy models showed they are still close pals when they met up - in matching pink - for a night out in West Hollywood last week. Holly is living the single life, while Bridget goes strong with boyfriend Nick Carpenter. Holly stays put mostly in Las Vegas, starring in cabaret show Peepshow, while Bridget travels internationally as part of her Travel Channel show, Bridget’s Sexiest Beaches. Holly may be dressing in outlandish red carpet regalia, like the eye catching black gown she wore to The Goods premiere in Las Vegas, while Bridget keeps it simple, shopping for chic Johnny Martin dresses in LA - but these two blonde hotties are still like two peas in a pod. Karissa, Kristina, Hef, and number one girlfriend Crystal Harris played hosts to a slew of celebrity guests including Shaquille O’Neal, Jack Osbourne, and Brody Jenner and girlfriend Jayde Nicole. Kendra Wilkinson may be pregnant, but that didn’t stop any crazy shenanigans from going down at her bachelorette party, which was held last Thursday.
Former housemate and Girl Next Door co-star Bridget Marquardt dished about the crazy sex toy games the girls played at Kendra’s party. “There are two games that are kind of raunchy,” Bridget said as she explained that one involved passing a sex toy between their legs and if you are caught when the music turns off then you are out!

Kendra Wilkinson is pregnant with her first child, but that didn’t stop her from having a bachelorette party fit for a frisky Girl Next Door.
Kendra and a group of pals, including fellow former Girl Next Door Bridget Marquardt and boyfriend Nick Carpenter, partied it up at Hollywood nightclub Guys and Dolls. Kendra sported a sexy orange dress with a bachelorette party veil.

After announcing her pregnancy yesterday, Kendra Wilkinson has both her former Girl Next Door housemates wanting to throw her a baby shower.
Bridget Marquardt is planning a Los Angeles baby shower, while Holly Madison wants to throw Kendra a Vegas edition baby shower.
“It would be the craziest baby shower ever, and I want to do it,” Holly said. “Who knows, it’s Vegas. Anything can happen here, and it usually does.”
Holly will not be able to attend Kendra’s LA soiree, as she currently stars in the Las Vegas show PEEPSHOW.

When she’s not busy hosting her Travel Channel show or planning Kendra Wilkinson’s bachelorette party, Bridget Marquardt only has eyes for director beau Nick Carpenter.
A source tells The FABlife that the couple was all smiles over the weekend, while attending the GBK MTV Gifting Lounge. The pair were “very happy, exchanging sweet glances at each other” while checking out some of the products at the lounge, before “relaxing by the pool and eating hot dogs while listening to the tunes of Samantha Mollen.”
