New Celebrity Apprentice Cast: A Hulk, A Mob Wife, A Beauty Queen And More

NBC is promoting season five of Celebrity Apprentice as the “toughest season yet,” and we can kind of see why. I mean, who would want to mess with the likes of George Takei, Clay Aiken and Debbie/Deborah Gibson?

Oh, wait, there are also a couple of intimidating folks here: Victoria Gotti, Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and American Chopper’s Paul Teutul Sr. Not only do they know their way around reality TV, but they also probably know a guy. And Lou Ferrigno may not be the Hulk anymore, but we wouldn’t test him. Also, former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza was once kidnapped in Venezuela, so running a business or five should be a piece of cake, right?

Also competing for the chance to win back their fame, er, win $250,000 for the charity of their choice are a slew of “Where have they been?” folks: Aubrey O’Day, Arsenio Hall, Tia Carrere, Adam Carolla and Cheryl Tiegs. Magician Penn Jillette, racecar driver Michael Andretti, actress Patricia Velasquez comedian Lisa Lampanelli and the always-entertaining rocker Dee Snyder round out the cast.

“It’s amazing the abuse they take and the kind of work they put in,” Donald Trump told The Hollywood Reporter. Well, that remains to be seen, Donald. I mean, what counts as “amazing” for reality TV these days?

Kathy Hilton: Kim Kardashian “Copied Everything” From Paris

With everyone staring at Kim Kardashian‘s ass, it’s a good thing Kathy Hilton has her daughter’s back. Page Six overheard mommy dearest defending her spawn at the Monkey Bar this weekend, claiming Kim “copied everything” from Paris Hilton. “Kathy was going on about how Paris is the original reality star and all the others had her to thank for their success,” said their source, telling everyone “[Paris] was one of the pioneers.” You say trailblazer, we say horsewoman of the apocalypse, and maybe we’re both right.

Kathy also had some unkind words for Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife and World According To Paris co-star. “Brooke is nothing like Kim so we aren’t worried about her stealing Paris’ spotlight.” That’s true, Kathy—Brooke’s a thirtysomething frequent rehab attendee trying to keep her children away from their violent father, and probably too distracted to really compete for that Famous For Doing Nothing market Paris now has to share with the family Kardashian. She didn’t even show up for Oxygen’s Upfront Presentation in NY last night, though with Aubrey O’Day and Tori Spelling strutting very different but equally eye-catching decolletage, we hardly noticed. Aubrey O’Day Finalizes Failed Career With Reality Show

Indulging the grandiose delusions of beautiful yet emotionally troubled people is what reality television is all about. And why shouldn’t one of those people be Aubrey O’Day, formerly of Making of the Band’s Danity Kane and various slutty photoshoots? No reason we can see!

Apparently the first season is going to focus on O’Day’s “work” in the Las Vegas burlesque review “Peepshow.” So while the show is currently named The Aubrey O’Day Project a more accurate title might be Aubrey O’Day Presents: O God, Please Look At Me, PLEASE. I’m Singing! Are you Still Looking, World? I SAID ARE YOU STILL LOOKING?!? That’s It, I’m Taking Off My Pants.

And it’s on Oxygen no less! “Young women have watched the ups and downs of Aubrey through the years, and they continue to cheer her on,” said Amy Introcaso-Davis, Senior VP Original Programming and Development at Oxygen.” “Besides,” Introcaso-Davis added, “You just KNOW she is going to be an epic train wreck. Am I right, ladies? Who’s with me?”

Okay, so she didn’t say that exactly, but do most young women really identify with someone who can’t buy paper towels without America watching? We are willing to cut O’Day miles and miles of slack, since we all plan to walk down the aisle to “Damaged” but let’s be real here. The amount of weave-yanking and elective facial surgery on this show is going to be turned up to 11. Either way, we’ll be watching.

Aubrey O’Day Shows Off Her Puppies, Gets Groped By Elmo

Irony altert! Turns out the answer to “whatever happened to Aubrey O’Day?” is “She just gave her name to a signature celebrity milkshake.” The former Danity Kane singer took her puppies out to Millions Of Milkshakes in West Hollywood to celebrate the dessert’s debut, proceeds from which will partially benefit the Red Cross. Also attending were The Blind Side‘s Quinton Aaron and a rather touchy-feely Elmo, proving O’Day’s milkshake can still bring boys to the yard. Watch her get her shake on in the gallery below.

Prior to Tila Tequila announcing her engagement, Tila and “fiance” Casey Johnson walked the red carpet at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg’s 10th Album Event and had a little slip of the nip.
