20 Adorable Couples Being Adorable To Get You In The Valentine’s Mood

Happy Valentine’s Day! Or not, depending on how you feel about the holiday. And listen, we know there are a lot of singletons out there who are not so pleased about how much we in the media focus on this holiday. But we can’t help it, OK? We cover divorces and breakdowns and deaths and fights all the time, and it’s really nice to have a day that’s all about the important things in life. (No, not the unveiling of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, though that’s nice too.) We just really want to escape from it all and look at Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez nuzzling each other. We would like to soak in the happiness that is Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen’s love, bask in Jay-Z and Beyonce’s adorable glory, shiver with delight at the perpetual hotness of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, and marvel at the lasting power of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. We are hoping some of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s world-saving affection will rub off on us. And we’re even going to allow for some admiration of Tom Brady and Gisele Bunchen, football loyalties aside.

But here’s some good news for you black-hearted V-day haters: The last time we did a best couples gallery, back in December, one of those couples announced their divorce a few days later. Oh, no! What have we done?!?

Happy Birthday, Stephen Moyer! (Today In Vampire News)

Bill Compton is 176 years old. That should make Stephen Moyer feel downright young a spritely as the “True Blood” star turns 42 today.

We feel we owe a bit of an apology to Stephen for sometimes neglecting his seductive vampire powers in favor of some of his other yummy co-stars – or maybe, the “True Blood” makeup artists do, since they’re the ones who insist on giving Bill a haggard look and pallor Alexander Skarsgård’s Eric never has. (OK, yeah, it makes sense for his morally conflicted character, we know.) But we don’t feel too sorry for the guy. He is married to Anna Paquin, after all. And he’s in three theatrical releases this year: this summer’s Priest and The Caller, and the upcoming CIA thriller Double. He’s got two other flicks in the works, too. Also, he’s married to Anna Paquin. We mentioned that already? Sorry. Let’s shut up and admire Stephen’s incredible fangs…

Celebrities Have A Blast While Donald Trump Gets Roasted At White House Correspondent’s Dinner

There’s a reason why Donald Trump looks so glum in this picture, while John Legend and girlfriend Chrissy Teigen look like they’re having a ball. Celebrities flocked to Washington D.C on Saturday for the White House Correspondent’s Association dinner and as usual the glam factor was pretty high. But the best part of the evening was that Trump was trumped by President Barack Obama and later, by Seth Meyers, who made some pointed jokes at The Donald’s expense in response to the “birther” debate.

Obama cracked some big ones like, “I know he’s taken some flack lately, but no one is prouder to put this birth certificate issue to rest than Donald, and that’s because he can get back to the issues that matter, like, did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and Tupac?” Meyers rubbed it in even further with jibes like, “Donald Trump often appears on Fox, which is ironic, because a fox often appears on Donald Trump’s head.” Ouch. Donald’s massive ego must’ve taken an even more massive beating!

Now you see why Trump looks dyspeptic, right? But even he can’t deny that the dinner was an amazing success. The ladies looked gorgeous in full-length gowns (except Michelle Trachtenberg who needs to take it easy on the goth lipstick). Mila Kunis, Anna Paquin, America Ferrera, Rosario Dawson and a very pregnant Alyssa Milano hit it out of the ball park. Paula Abdul looked pretty fantastic too—surprise surprise. The men repp’d it with the likes of Ian Somerhalder, Chris Colfer and Chace Crawford looking sharp in their suits. This also happens to be the night Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn made their hand-holding public. Page Six reports that Scarlett and Sean were all over each other at dinner with a source revealing, “She plopped down in his lap, and they were kissing.” We may not have pictures of their make-out sesh, but we do have plenty of the rest of the stars in all their finery. Celebrities Party It Up At The Vanity Fair Oscar Party

How gorgeous did everyone look at the massive Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood! We had already seen the likes of winners Natalie Portman and Colin Firth at the show, but plenty of other celebrities, who we hadn’t necessarily focussed on, came out to play. And one couple who got adorably frisky together were Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, who held hands and were quite cozy through out. Can we also say Selena rocked it in a gorgeous red Dolce & Gabbana gown? Sure it’s grown up, but Ms Gomez pulled it off admirably especially with the Biebs accessorizing her arm! She also was cutesy with pal Taylor Swift who sparkled (as usual) in a strapless gold beaded Zuhair Murad mini dress.

Gwyneth Paltrow also changed out of her Oscar gown into the Michael Kors number she wore to perform onstage, and posed with buddy Cameron Diaz. The latter’s legs went on for miles in a flirty short-short Carolina Herrera. Other couples included Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel who wore sexy Versace, and Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin who looked great in a red Monique Lhuillier dress. Spike’s Scream Awards taped on Saturday night (airs tomorrow at 9PM EST) and the show brought out Hollywood’s sexiest women, along with their legs, cleav, and to-die-for designer gowns. Blake Lively flaunted her legs-for-days in Lanvin, Halle Berry proved once again she only gets better with age and our beloved Kristen Stewart (photos) rocked her twiggy stems in a Guishem dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

When we see ridiculously attractive celebs driving their Ferraris to some hot Hollywood party with their glamourous spouse by their side, it hurts. To make ourselves feel better, we assume there must be a trade off for being so gorgeous and successful, and that these A-listers must be spectacularly stupid. Our wounded egos desperately try to console us by saying, “Yeah well, they may be better looking, more popular, and have more money than you, but….at least you probably did better on your SATs! And you got that junior year calculus grade up to a C+, so Matt Damon can suck it!”

With the third season of True Blood winding down, we here at TheFABlife hope that the September 12th finale does not mean an end to Anna Paquin‘s sexy red carpet get-ups. When not playing Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO vampire drama or coming out as bisexual in a public service announcement, Paquin stays busy turning heads in LBDs, bold animal prints and pretty sundresses. Emmy Awards 2010: A Baker’s Dozen Of Fashion Disasters

Many of our choices for Worst Dressed at tonight’s Primetime Emmy Awards will make us unpopular. Alas, a lovely personality does not always lend itself to the wisest red carpet styling.

Some of the evening’s most hideous frocks were draped on the stars we’d most like to grab coffee with – we’re looking at you Betty White, Christina Hendricks, and Mindy Kaling. While fashion risks were refreshing in a sea of mostly black, white, and navy gowns, January Jones and Anna Paquin looked more silly than chic. Here are tonight’s 13 worst offenses.
