What did we do before celebrities found out about Twitter? Whether it’s hot bodies in bikinis, hot bodies out of bikinis, scabs, famous people without makeup or ill-advised tattoos, 2011 was a great year for celebrity TMI tweets. Everyone from Gaga and Kanye to Katy Perry and Mariah Carey wanted to share the inside of their hearts (and pants and bathroom stalls) with the world. Not that we want them to stop, mind you! R.I.P. Amanda Bynes’ Puppy, Little Angel

Awww, our heart goes out to Amanda Bynes, who just lost her puppy Little Angel, a 4- month old teacup Pomeranian. She tweeted, “Sad day….Little Angel is in heaven now. RIP I love you.” It’s terrible when a pet dies! We don’t know what exactly happened, but Amanda worriedly tweeted yesterday, “Everyone: I have the worst news to tell you….little angel got out of my house somehow and is LOST…If anyone finds her I BEG you to please contact me thru twitter, I will give a reward. She means the WORLD to me & I can’t find her anywhere.”

She hasn’t said what happened to Little Angel, but the whole ordeal has obviously ended badly. This reminds us of when Jessica Simpson lost her Maltipoo, Daisy, to coyotes. Bad luck, Amanda.

Nickelodeon Teen Stars of the 90s: Then And Now

Nickelodeon was a platform for quite a few young stars to get their start in the world of acting back in the 1990′s. We can admit to watching some of these old shows, and we’re kind of excited to hear that NickTeen is planning to bring back some of our favorites like Clarissa Explains It All, All That, Kenan and Kel, and The Adventures Of Pete And Pete starting this fall. (We’re really hoping that The Secret World Of Alex Mack makes a comeback, too!)

That made us think about just how many stars these shows produced—sure, Melissa Joan Hart and Kenan Thompson are still alive and kicking, but who else came out of these shows and where are they now? Check out our gallery to see what became of these tween stars of yesteryear.

Sometimes When You Say “Retire” What You Really Mean Is “Vacation”

It’s okay guys; it’s all going to be OKAY. Amanda Bynes is not actually retiring after all. Just a short month ago, Bynes tweeted that she was quitting the business of show, writing “I don’t love acting anymore, so I’ve stopped doing it.” She also stated the obvious, saying “I know 24 is a young age to retire.”

You think so? Was it that you were the youngest person to buy a condo at Del Boca Vista that tipped you off? Now though, Bynes has changed her mind (again, she turned to the PR firm of Twitty And Fail-Whale to get the message out), writing “I’ve unretired.” By her standards anyone who has taken a honeymoon or a sabbatical has retired and then “unretired,” but okay. Fine.

So did she get super bored, the way our dad is now that he’s retired and has taken up guitar, harmonica and bass so that he can start a one-man band because he can’t sit around idly waiting for Oprah to come on at 4pm? Or maybe she just realized that What I Like About You money was going to run out sooner or later? Whatever the reason, like Michael Jordan before her, she has decided to retire from retirement and we can respect that she’s actually putting some effort into a career. In a world where most young starlets don’t bother with the illusion that they have jobs, it’s kinda nice. (God, our standards are so low). Welcome back to the rat race, Amanda!

Is Amanda Bynes Crazy For Kid Cudi?

Amanda Bynes said she and Kid Cudi were “just friends” last September, but the Hairspray star’s Twitter feed has featured so many bizarre, coy messages concerning a new romantic partner that gossip folks can’t help but find clues connecting them to the “Day ‘N’ Nite” rapper. What we know:

The focus of her fascination is not Drake. “We have a mutual friend but we haven’t met yet! So for some reason people think we’re dating but we’re not lol!”
But he was up for a Grammy or two. “I’m irritated that a certain guy didn’t win certain awards.”
He lives in NY. “Wish he lived in NY and had a pad in LA! but when I get married I’m gonna get a house with my husband in the hills hehe ”
He might be black. “So turns out i prefer chocolate over vanilla. interesting ”
And he’s definitely a sex god. “It’s amaziing how good it feels when someone knows how to love your body! I am having withdrawals from a certain guy lol ”

If he’s Kid Cudi, he also has a girlfriend, model Jamie Baratta. But no matter who the object of Bynes’ affection is, she might want to consider chilling out for a day—or week. In the last twelve hours she’s posted “I can’t fall for you if you’re not there to catch me ,” “in most situations both people involved are feeling the exact same thing ” and “I feel like any guy that’s afraid of getting married is trying to hide something! real men want to have a wifey!” Every think about just e-mailing these needy pleas to whomever they’re for, Amanda? Posting them on top of your Maxim lingerie shots…it’s just a little desperate.

Back when Amanda Bynes was but a fresh-faced tween, we caught her old series “The Amanda Show” and thought she was destined for a future in comedy. We were impressed by how charming, cute, and genuinely funny she was. These days, Bynes has gone in a different direction. . .a more Vanessa Hudgens-y, Ashley Greene-y direction.

To be fair, Bynes hasn’t been caught in a nude photo scandal, but she has posed for Maxim in a series of revealing and rather gymnastic shots. Bynes explained in the magazine that, “Some people still see me as a kid, but I’m a 23-year-old woman now.” She added that her parents (like us…we’re old farts, we know) were a little worried what these adult photos said about her. “My parents were like, ‘Does this mean you’re gonna do sexy movies now?’ I said, ‘Well, if they’re done the right way, then maybe!’ I mean, I’m not gonna do porn, but if it’s a Leonardo DiCaprio movie or whatever…”

So, Leonardo, if you want to have fake sex with Amanda Bynes, the invitation has been sent, feel free to RSVP any time. As for us, we’re going to go watch Nick Jr. so we can get some of our innocence back.
