Just last summer, Ali Lohan looked like a relatively normal fresh-faced teenager, resisting the influence of her party-hardy big sister and fame-whoring parents. Sadly, lil’ Lohan is growing tired of getting dragged to events in Lindsay’s shadow. A too-slim Ali emerged from her London hotel today looking more like a low-budget Dita Von Teese than a glamorous celebutante. Her partially-dyed hair, powdered skin, painted eyebrows, and borrowed-from-Lindsay red lipstick looked contrived and desperate beyond her years. Heads-up, Cyrus parents!!! 10-year-old Noah Cyrus was spotted hand-in-hand with big sis Miley this weekend in Burbank, CA, dressed similarly in a mismatched ensemble that only admiration could inspire. If the last ten years have taught us anything, it’s that the minute little girls start idolizing their rowdy celebrity sisters, partying and pregnancy are hot on their underaged heels.

Jamie Lynn Spears tagged along with Britney to the 2002 Teen Choice Awards and - bang! - gave birth to a baby girl in June 2008, at the young age of 17. Weathered beyond her 16 years, Ali Lohan has been photographed accompanying notorious party animal Lindsay everywhere from LA to Paris. We’re all for some sibling bonding, but in Hollywood, the little ones inevitably feel the need to bust out of their sister’s shadow.

If you had Lindsay Lohan’s  parents, a 14-year-old might be the only one you would trust too. After her father Michael Lohan recently released audio tapes that detailed the starlet’s troubled life, it seems that Lindsay only trusts her younger sister Ali. “Lindsay lives out of a lot of hotel rooms these days, and if her sister, Ali, is staying with her, Lindsay wants her to sleep in the same room. She’ll get two rooms, but put all the clothes and luggage in one room. She needs the support and love that having Ali around gives her. Having Ali by her side gives her comfort and she likes to think she is also protecting Ali,” a source says. If she wants to protect her, don’t take her clubbing, even though you think it’s ok! Seeing Lindsay Lohan’s 15-year-old sister Ali Lohan hanging out at nightclubs has raised some concerns, but according to Lilo, who mom Dina Lohan called a  “genius,” it’s totally cool! “She’s tougher than I am. She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn’t have a big sister,” Lindsay explained. Breathe a sigh of relief, makes total sense!

Ali apparently is a much more responsible partier and knows when to push the button and go home. Even though Ali likes her super skimpy outfits, sometimes she needs to go home and work on her algebra, while Lilo can continue dancing on the tables. “She’s really good about that. Remember when Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie et al were the ultimate Hollywood party girls, cruising around town with the air flapping around their un-knickered ladygardens, their friendships and fallings-out the hot topic on everyone’s lips? Well, as if we need further reminding, those days are over, those girls are, like, way old now, and it’s all about the next generation of bitchy starlets.

We’ve already posted our plea to save Ali Lohan some sort of normal teenage years, but sadly our words are going unheeded. And now in a full-on Twitter rant, Frances Bean Cobain lays into the wannabe star for seeking fame without credibility. Highlights from the now-deleted post included, “Your [sic] not entitled to anything simply because your sister has a recognisable name… You blatantly don’t care how your [sic] recognized, its the objective to get famous and that is what makes you replaceable and a recycled idea.

“Well, I’m ashamed to have to be grouped into the same category of person as you. I would rather die a most painful death the be associated with the kind of career your trying to make for yourself.”

Unkinder souls than ours (ahem) might point out that Frances herself is actually only well known because her parents are Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain. But underneath all the brazen teenage swagger, she seems to be making the same sort of point that we are. [Photo: Splash News Online]

The other day we begged for someone to help this trainwreck-in-the-making that is Ali Lohan, and it looks as though things have only gotten worse. On Sunday, 15-year-old Ali walked the streets of Paris in this pink and black micromini dress and stiletto stripper booties. It’s all fine and good to play dress up with your older sister, but not to stroll the streets in an outfit from the Clubrat Collection. Unless Dakota Fanning invites her over to have a sleepover, braid each other’s hair and watch scary movies before going to watch Dakota cheerleading at the football game the next day, this is looking like it may be a lost cause. This is a formal plea to the the citizens of this earth, that we unite as one to stop the destruction of Ali Lohan’s youth. Once again, the 15-year-old has been taken under her sister Lindsay’s emaciated wing, and is out and about on the Champs Elysees in giant heels and a lacy dress only a hooker could love. Lindsay may be working for Ungaro, but she’s clearly letting her little sis shop at Frederick’s of Hollywood, and that ain’t right.

We’re not saying Ali shouldn’t be allowed to live it up in her teenage years. We remember gettin’ crazy at 15 in our friend Annie’s basement with a little help from a bottle of Boones and a Cracker CD. But there’s a difference between acting like every other angsty suburban kid in America and tagging along with your addiction-prone sister at a black tie dinner full of foreign, fifty-year-old gajillionaires. It’s not just weird, it’s flat out wrong.

Someone get this girl a pair of Chuck Taylor’s and hoodie, stat, and we’ll kidnap her in our mom’s ‘96 Taurus and take her to hang out at the mall. If Ali doesn’t get a dose of normal soon, she’ll be banished to a life of booze-detecting ankle bracelets and Restylane injections - and we’ve all seen how well that’s worked out for her big sis.

It’s nice to see that Lindsay Lohan and her 15-year-old sister Ali remain close, but not to get all Judgey Judgerson around here, we wish Lindsay would set a better example for her sis and not like, invite her along for the ride that is her life. Earlier this month, LiLo took Ali out on the town in L.A. where they hit up places like the Crown Bar and Teddy’s, a bar inside the Roosevelt Hotel. A patron at Teddy’s said “Both of them were smoking like chimneys and dancing around.” When asked what he thinks about such outings, daddy Michael Lohan said “I’m glad Lindsay and Ali remain so close. However, they’re independent people and are capable of making their own decisions.” Sigh. We’re kinda glad we had parents that punished us for being bad.

Now Lindsay has taken to corrupting yet another teen: she and 16-year-old Taylor Momsen were hanging out with one another during Fashion Week (don’t they look happy?). Momsen has mentioned how disillusioned she is with being 16, but might we suggest spending time in the company of non-Lohans? You know, just in case she’s concerned with career longevity. While Ali Lohan may not even be 16 yet, she’s already tagging along with sister Lindsay to New York hotspots. The pair met up with friends last night for a late dinner at The Waverly Inn. Which Lohan’s ensemble was more fabulous?

If ever there was a family that epitomized the rampant dysfunction destroying all that is good about America, it is the Lohans. When you take away the drugs, sex, bones, maxed out credit cards, tacky Gucci bags, and tanning spray they’re just a bunch of loons living in denial. Take for example, Dina Lohan, who seems to think her eldest train-wreck of a daughter - Lindsay, natch - is a great influence on her younger sibling, Ali.

“Lindsay is a good person to have watch over Ali right now,” Dina told Life & Style magazine. “Lindsay can show Ali the ropes. Ali’s out there working on her record and singing career.”

You know, the ropes: the red bull and Parliaments diet, underage partying, flashing side boob, and unemployment. Meanwhile Lindsay, who Dina’s deemed a “style icon,” is living in such filth that cops - who were called to her house due to an alarm malfunction - thought her house had been ransacked. “Is it normally like this, or did the intruders do it?” wondered LAPD officer Karen Rayner.

Er, we’d guess that mess, disorganization and chaos is pretty normal for Lindsay.  We sure hope Ali is learning a lot! [Photo: WireImage]
