The 2011 UNICEF Snowflake Ball Has A Full Red Carpet

What a charming name for a ball. The 2011 UNICEF Snowflake Ball took place at Cipriani’s, New York, and Sarah Jessica Parker really took it upon herself to dress accordingly, looking like a very convincing snowflake in a white silk, cut-work and feather trimmed Louis Vuitton dress — part of the same collection Kate Moss closed earlier this year. Looking at lot more slinky were Uma Thurman and Angie Harmon, who nailed it in a skintight green dress and a shimmery halter gown, respectively.

Other celebrities included couples like Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle (who also looked great in a red gown slit high up the thigh) and Mark Ruffalo with his delightfully named wife, Sunrise. Vera Farmiga, Zoe Kravitz and Natasha Bedingfield were also spotted, the latter two wearing color-blocked black and white. To check it all out, click through our gallery below.

Rachel McAdams Rolls Out In Red For Midnight In Paris At Cannes

We figured Rachel McAdams was had something big planned when she showed up in France with that huge trunk yesterday! The actress traded Tuesday’s hat and trenchcoat for long blond curls and a sheer red Marchesa gown at the Cannes premiere of Woody Allen‘s Midnight In Paris, which she attended with co-stars Adrien Brody, Owen Wilson, Lea Seydoux and Michael Sheen—who also doubled as her date. Ginnifer Goodwin Pulls A Giraffe Gaffe At Tom Ford Opening In Beverly Hills

Fashion Week is in New York, right? Then why exactly are all the stars on the other side of the country in Beverly Hills? That’s because Tom Ford called—and is as sexy as ever, BTW—and when he throws a ‘do, everyone shows up. Ford opened his flagship store in Beverly Hills yesterday, and it turned out to be a mini fashion week in it’s own right, as expected.

The love of our life, Colin Firth was there with the love of his life, wife Livia. Rosario Dawson teemed up her little black dress with a pair of leopard print pumps, while Eva Longoria went slinky in a pair of sequined black pants. Milla Jovovich was risque in a plunging sheer black blouson, hiding her modesty with a houndstooth suit. We were kinda disappointed by two men who normally make us drool every time we see them. Alexander Skarsgard and Bradley Cooper, to be precise. Skarsgard looked strangely parboiled with a weirdish, uneven tan — like he had sunglasses on while the rest of his face ended up getting sunburnt. Cooper had these creepy old man sunglasses on which were a little too Jack Nicholson for us. Adrien Brody, on the other hand, didn’t disappoint sticking to his usual lounge lizard style.

The most unusual outfit of the evening went to Ginnifer Goodwin. While her pant suit looked normal (and kinda boring, to be honest) from the front, turn around and bam… giraffes! By now we have a good sense of who’s going to be taking home trophies this year, so let’s take a moment to acknowledge those who won’t even get to dream of it. Our unlucky 13 Least Likely To Be Nominateds below don’t exactly represent the worst movies and performances of 2010. Instead, we’re spotlighting award-aspiring belly floppers (like the allegedly edgy Dakota Fanning), former winners doing their best to avoid seeing a podium again (hi, Adrien Brody) and cinematic efforts that left us wondering what reward those involved did think was coming. Courtney Love Buys Date With Adrien Brody For $17,000

Way to lay it down, lady. Courtney Love just bid $17,000 for a chance to have tea with Adrien Brody. You read the figure correctly. That tea better have somethin’ Irish mixed in it. Strapped for cash, she is not, clearly. Love was at Paul Haggis‘ Artists for Peace and Justice fund-raiser for Haitian schools where a bid for Brody was on the roster. And what a battle for Brody it was, as sources at the event reveal that Love was having it out with Gerard Butler for the prize. The prize being Brody (seriously)… we just don’t see it, guys!

So, why does everyone suddenly want to have tea with Adrien Brody? Scratch that, what in Scotland’s good name did Gerry Butler want with him? Double scratch that, what is Courtney up to? Is “tea” a code word for something else? Was Gerry trying to save Adrien from Court’s love-hungry clutches? Does Gerry want Adrien all to himself? Does Courtney want to make Adrien her new pet? So many questions! All we know is, be afraid, Adrien. Be very afraid.

The Social Network Premiered And All 500 Million Friends Attended

Seriously, everyone was at the premiere for The Social Network in New York last night. Friends. Friends of friends. People outside The Social Network‘s social network. If we were Facebook friends with Justin Timberlake, we’re sure his status would have read Justin Timberlake is…wondering who all these people are?

Anyone who is anyone was at the Cinema Society’s screening of the film (the film which has successfully ruined Radiohead‘s “Creep” for us, thankyouverymuch), stars like JT and Jesse Eisenberg, the film’s writer Aaron Sorkin and plenty of total randoms like Adrien Brody, Gabourey Sidibe and Lance Bass. It really is like using a Friend Finder to discover how all these random people are connected even though you never knew they knew each other. For a look at who attended, check out our gallery below. Here’s another couple who’s trying to keep their loving undercover a la the recently busted Robsten. January Jones and Adrien Brody are together, even though they’ve been denying the romance for some time now. They’ve gone the usual “friend” route with the media, but information indicates otherwise. Miz Jones is quite the heartbreaker FYI, having dated Ashton Kutcher, Josh Groban as well as having been linked with Jeremy Piven.

A source revealed, “Adrien loves talking about January. He says, ‘We’re dating. We’re really happy!” Cute! But does this mean dating exclusively? Because apparently, Brody was playing hard at the Omega Constellation Launch in L.A with sources saying, “He was flirting with girls. He was partying hard.” Also, whose house was January leaving when photogs caught her on a walk of shame? Come out with it already. Nothing stays hidden in H’wood!

A-Team Premiere Brings Out The Bad And The Beautiful

While wish Mr. T replacement Quinton “Rampage” Jackson seemed a tad more badass in the trailer, the sight of Bradley Cooper shooting planes from a tank on a parachute is enough to get us excited for the new A-Team movie, which celebrated its premiere in Hollywood last night with Cooper showing up in a tank. Co-stars Jessica Biel, Liam Neeson and Patrick Wilson were there as well, joined by such well-wishers as Jon Hamm, Kristen Bell and Adrien Brody, who actually tied his tie right! Adrien Brody Teaches Fellow Douches How To Wear A Tie

“Douche” may be an overused expression, but we’ll make an exception for Adrien Brody. Since winning an Oscar in 2002, he’s spent his time stinking up blockbuster (King Kong) and art flicks (The Darjeeling Limited) alike, getting banned from SNL for improvising in a Jamaican patois while wearing dreadlocks for 45 seconds when he was supposed to be introducing Sean Paul (whom he eventually announced as “Sean John”). Plus he wears the crappiest leather outfits imaginable and sports punchable smirks on the red carpet like the one above. So yeah, Adrien Brody: douche.

So here’s a fashion tip for folks who’d like to look as douchey as our boy. Planning to hit the town in a suitjacket with your shirt unbuttoned to your chest hair? Why not take that tie and wrap it around your neck? If you get the fold right, you can create a lovely triangular window for your follicles. Some people might not notice how you’ve perverted the idea of neckwear at first, so you can enjoy the moment they suddenly grasp your stealth douchery. Boo ya!

Adrien Brody And January Jones Are Holding Hands!

Here’s a match made in Hollywood hell. Multiple tabs report that wan actor (and awful dresser) Adrien Brody has been making a public spectacle of himself with Mad Men‘s January Jones, best known for having huge cleavage in GQ and being the worst Saturday Night Live host in years. The pair were spotted at the same Malibu party over Memorial Day weekend, not long after Life & Style says they were making woo at the bar Rose in NY. “‘Brody and Jones were flirting with each other. They held hands in full view of everyone.”

Though we’d like to joke that no one else was interested, both Brody and Jones have had colorful social lives, with the Oscar winner recently splitting from Spanish actress Elsa Pataky and the TV actress dating everyone from Jeremy Piven to Josh Groban to Ashton Kutcher. Hopefully the pair will make it official soon—with Brody’s lame taste in leather and January’s similar lack of taste (dig what she wore at the Met gala above)—these two could make quite the red carpet couple.
