Joe Jonas may have changed his haircut, but he hasn’t changed his type. Demi Lovato finally admitted on Billy Bush’s radio show that she’s dating her old Camp Rock co-star. “He is my best friend and he is incredible,” she explained. “He treats me to the most amazing places…He’s perfect.” Quite a sharp turn from November’s “I can swear on my career that I’m not” denial! The fact that the pair have worked together professionally since 2008 adds a new wrinkle to last year’s rumored relationships with Camilla Belle (left) and the Veronicas‘ Lisa Origliasso (right). Was he seeking out Lovato look-a-likes rather than a female version of himself all along? See photos of the new couple in the gallery below.

Looks like Joe Jonas has found himself a new role model. Watching the middle JoBro stroll around at The Grove in LA, we couldn’t help but notice how much his recent changes in hairstyle and eyewear have made him look like Star Trek’s stylish Zachary Quinto. Not a bad guy to emulate, though we wonder what it will mean for Joe’s love life—he’s awfully fond dating clones. Until one of them changes it up—will Zach ever go full beardo?—it looks like we’ve got another pair of Celebrity Doppelgangers.

Mel Gibson took girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva to the premiere of Edge Of Darkness last night in LA. Not only was it her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to their daughter Lucia just before Halloween, the movie marks the first time Mel has starred in a film since 2002’s Signs. It seems unlikely the dark thriller will top that film’s $227 million domestic gross—let alone the $370 million his 2004 directorial effort Passion Of The Christ brought home—but pulling even half that would qualify as a commercial comeback after his infamous DUI arrest in 2006.

Among those joining Mel and Oksana at the event were co-star Bojana Novakovic, Jodie Foster, Joe Jonas (enough plaid for you, dude?) and Antonio Sabato Jr., accompanied by a woman who most definitely did not win My Antonio last year. Take a closer look in the gallery below.

When we heard that Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas were allegedly an item, we cooed at what an adorable couple they made together. Nothing says love like two g-rated brunettes getting it on! But there’s apparently a darker side to the story. Canadian gossip blogger Zack Taylor broke the news that Joe and Demi were an item and later revealed that his source was none other than Demi’s own mother, Dianna Delagarza, who supposedly texted him tidbits like “they are meant for each other!!!!! don’t you dare say I SAID THAT!!!” WTF x100!?!

For some reason that we’re still trying to figure out, Zach felt as though he had to reveal his source because someone was bashing him to Demi and her family, writing on his blog “Either we reveal our source, or lose all credibility.” With that, he pointed the finger at Demi’s mom Dianna - but only after he received a bunch of angry Twitter messages from Demi (allegedly) threatening to drag his name through the mud if he outed her mother. Confused yet?

Is Joe Jonas trading one clone for another? The middle JoBro was spotted having dinners and watching a rugby game with Lisa Origliasso of Australian teenpoppers The Veronicas in Sydney over the last week—less than a month after Jonas attended a Dodgers game with girlfriend Camilla Belle. Play ball!

The musicians became “friends” when the two bands toured together last year, and Origliasso is allegedly seeing the singer of Aussie rock band Carney, but Belle may still have reason to worry. A) Joe clearly has a thing for dolled-up female versions of himself—it’s really kind of creepy. B) The 24-year-old Veronica might be just the kind of rocker hussy to tarnish this teen’s purity ring. And Joe wouldn’t necessarily be a gentleman about moving on, either—just ask Taylor Swift.

While it’s a shame that Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift didn’t work out, we’re guessing that Joe will be kinder to his new honey, When A Stranger Calls star Camilla Belle. According to Us Magazine, the pair met on the set of the JoBros’ upcoming “LoveBug” video, and have been dating on the low ever since.

“They are not public about it, but they’ve been hanging out with their friends and Joe’s brothers,” says the magazine’s source. “They’re very private.” You would be to if you were dating your clone! All that distinguishes their faces is her quality make-over. The pair reportedly celebrated Halloween together—maybe next year they can be each other, if not the Wonder Twins.
