What To Expect When You’re Expecting To Eat Until You Need Bigger Pants

What To Expect When You’re Expecting hyped its leading ladies and their respective prosthetic bellies today in a new series of character posters. We were just wondering why it isn’t acceptable to clutch your abdomen in public (sometimes you just need a clutch!) when it struck us: All these actresses with bulging bellies, including the lovely Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Banks, look a lot like us … after a gigantic, delicious meal. One that featured chili, perhaps? A hearty stew? A platter of assorted fudge?

Either way, everyone enjoys having something in their bellies, whether it’s a tiny human or a personal pan pizza. The movie is coming out May 11, so they’ve probably settled on a final script, but we couldn’t help but fantasize about what our poster taglines would say if we could fiddle with the film’s premise. And if we were really, really, really hungry:

Of course, Elizabeth Banks‘ prenatal crack up isn’t the only topic covered by what appears to be a very informative film. Because if you’re already pregnant, you know there is no way your ravaged mind can make sense of it on it’s own!

JLo Battles It Out On The Beach

Oh no! Jennifer Lopez is beating the hell out of all those identically-dressed beach goers! Those poor, buff shirtless men! Oh wait, a second…that’s not JLo engaged in a kick-boxing match to the death in broad daylight; that’s Jenny practicing capoeira, the Brazilian dance-based martial art. Our bad. Rather than slugging it out over who got sand in the Ruffles bag, though, Lopez was just stopping by the Playa de los Ingleses in Montevideo, Uruguay to film a segment for her reality show Q’Viva. However, that definitely does not mean the day will pass without anyone getting kicked in the face. In fact, it practically guarantees it.

The always opinionated Wendy Williams chatted with VH1 News’ Janell Snowden at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards last night, where Jennifer Lopez was honored. Williams, no stranger to relationship drama herself, told us that she thinks J.Lo and her ex-hubby Marc Anthony will be back together in 10 years. “I like them as a couple,” she said.

But what about Jen’s rumored fling with the sexy Bradley Cooper, he of the hot, slicked-back hair? “Oh, he doesn’t want her!” she sassed. “She’s got two kids, she’s in her 40s. I think that he’s using her like she’s using him, for pictures and press and pop culture.”

Which Wendy is OK with, of course. “That’s fine,” she told us. “But what 30-something year-old man wants a 40-something year-old woman with two kids and an ex-husband with a machete in the bushes?”

Er, well when you put it that way…

Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Join The Short Marriage Club

Looks like Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kris Humphries is now official. “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage,” Kim said in a statement to E! News. “I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.” Meanwhile, new hubby Kris sounds a lot less thrilled about the announcement, saying in a statement, “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.” They still had that new marriage smell, too!

While Kim and Kris might be ready to sign those divorce papers only 72 days after their nuptials, they are nowhere near the first celebrity couple to bail out of their wedded bliss just weeks or months after walking down the aisle. Jennifer Lopez Back For Another Season of American Idol

In case you weren’t getting enough gentle weeping or fabulous four-foot-long extensions in your life, The Hollywood Reporter claims that Jennifer Lopez’s American Idol gig will continue for a second season. “I believe we’re still waiting for the official announcements but I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of American Idol, is back for the next season,” AI producer Nigel Lythgoe said on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show today. We guess J. Lo just couldn’t stay away from her loving fans. Or the soulful performances. Or the big beautiful paycheck that’s being deposited directly into her beige bandage dress fund as we speak.

Earlier this summer J.Lo’s return to AI was a subject the singer/actress danced around like she’s now dancing around her divorce papers from Marc Anthony. “I don’t know,” she told BBC Radio 1 in June. “I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it.” She’ll join Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, who have already signed on for Season 11, because honestly what else were they going to be doing with themselves?

Lady Gaga Channels J-Lo With Plunging Neckline

Lady Gaga gave Jennifer Lopez’s imfamous 1999 Grammy Awards dress a run for it’s money as she made her way to the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios in LA wearing a dress with necklines plunging through the floor! Gags also gave her love to the fans that were camped outside her Chateau Marmont suite. The singer handed out dozens of “love letters” that read: “Dear little monsters. Thank you for singing to me all day + night. I (Heart) you with all my heart. You make everyday worth living. Kisses to the cops for keeping you safe. Love Lady Gaga.” She also had her assistants distribute bottled water and McDonalds to those assembled. Good to know Momma Monster is always looking out for her babies. And in that dress….that’s one hot momma.

Prince William And Duchess Kate Work It At The BAFTAs In L.A

They came, they saw and they totally didn’t conk. Prince William and Duchess Kate were in L.A for the weekend and amidst their whirl of activities they attended the BAFTA ‘Brits to Watch’ Awards at the Belasco Theatre. Did the Duchess shut it down? Yes, she did. Kate wore an Alexander McQueen gown and Jimmy Choo sandals and clutch and bowled everyone over. Including the celebrities! The royal couple were seen chatting animatedly with the likes of Nicole Kidman, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner! And each and everyone of them looked completely star struck. Also hilariously, we spotted Nigel Lythgoe lurking behind Prince William as he chatted with Nicole Kidman.
