Kate Beckinsale, Carmen Electra And Kat Graham On The Underworld Red Carpet

Three women really stood out on the Underworld: Awakening red carpet at yesterday’s premiere in Hollywood. The star of the film, Kate Beckinsale stunned in a floor-length, gold sequin-encrusted gown with a fishtail train by Jenny Packham. Carmen Electra opted for a demure cream-colored wool, zippered shift with nude heels, and she’s never looked classier. Top marks for her discreet jewelery as well. Kat Graham, on the right, channeled a sexy vampire with those lips! Her lipstick was a deep purple that was borderline black. We’re also digging her embellished, very dangerous-looking black dress. Are those gold spikes? Kat also lit up the carpet with that neon pink clutch. We love the fact that the three ladies went in completely different sartorial directions but totally worked it out. Which look do you like best — Carmen the demure lady, Kate the glamorous movie star or Kat the sexy goth?

Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Join The Short Marriage Club

Looks like Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kris Humphries is now official. “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage,” Kim said in a statement to E! News. “I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.” Meanwhile, new hubby Kris sounds a lot less thrilled about the announcement, saying in a statement, “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.” They still had that new marriage smell, too!

While Kim and Kris might be ready to sign those divorce papers only 72 days after their nuptials, they are nowhere near the first celebrity couple to bail out of their wedded bliss just weeks or months after walking down the aisle. Celebrities Get Sexy At US Magazine Hot Hollywood Style Issue Party

Just the name of this party itself would give us stress! Imagine the pressure to look, well, hot, at the Us Magazine Hot Hollywood Style Issue bash. Some stars caved, like Lauren Conrad, who needs to fire her entire entourage — hairdresser, stylist and make-up artist — stat. Her bun looks heavier than her whole body, she’s got this weird geisha white powder thing going on with her face and her sloppy blouson-teeny skirt ensemble just isn’t working. Jessica Szhor also seems to have been inspired by her namesake Jessica Lowndes bra-baring ensembles. The lace doesn’t make it classy, ladies.

Who did make it work was Camila Alves who was ridiculously sexy in a fire-engine red strapless dress with lips to match. Carmen Electra looked like a blonde Sofia Vergara, and knocked it out of the ball park with a simple metallic shift. Sara Rue, Pia Toscano, Alexa Vega, Paris Hilton (who looked really demure), Brooke Burke and Petra Nemcova all stepped it up in the wardrobe department as well. We’d also like to say that the magazine’s “Style Icon of the Year” Jessica Simpson is getting there one ensemble at a time. Really, really getting there. Good for you, Jess! Lindsay Lohan is not one to avoid contradictions. The Mean Girls star certainly looked comfortable showing skin at the launch party for Vida, “the world’s most fashionable luxury pleasure object” (read: “fancy vibrator”), in LA last night. Ironically, the Mirror claims the braless beauty was deeply concerned about the potential release of a sex tape. “A 47-second tape of Lilo frolicking in the buff with a mystery male is currently being touted around LA,” said the tabloid. The owner, “a waiter with a well-known chain restaurant” (mull that one over for a second), allegedly tried to sell it to Hustler, who then recommended he try an “offshore porn site” that doesn’t have to worry about legal issues.

While it’s hard to imagine how such a clip would hurt the career of anyone wearing a fedora to a sex toy party, the Brit paper’s insider says Lohan isn’t taking the news well. “Lindsay was desperate to start 2010 off on a good footing and this is the very last thing she needs…She is devastated—particularly as she is working hard on cleaning up her act…It is fair to say that Lindsay has had a pretty torrid past 24 hours.” Sure, but it’s also fair to say Lindsay’s had a pretty torrid past 24 years. She’ll be all right.
