20 Adorable Couples Being Adorable To Get You In The Valentine’s Mood

Happy Valentine’s Day! Or not, depending on how you feel about the holiday. And listen, we know there are a lot of singletons out there who are not so pleased about how much we in the media focus on this holiday. But we can’t help it, OK? We cover divorces and breakdowns and deaths and fights all the time, and it’s really nice to have a day that’s all about the important things in life. (No, not the unveiling of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, though that’s nice too.) We just really want to escape from it all and look at Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez nuzzling each other. We would like to soak in the happiness that is Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen’s love, bask in Jay-Z and Beyonce’s adorable glory, shiver with delight at the perpetual hotness of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, and marvel at the lasting power of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. We are hoping some of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s world-saving affection will rub off on us. And we’re even going to allow for some admiration of Tom Brady and Gisele Bunchen, football loyalties aside.

But here’s some good news for you black-hearted V-day haters: The last time we did a best couples gallery, back in December, one of those couples announced their divorce a few days later. Oh, no! What have we done?!?

The Post Halloween Edition: Top 10 Celebrity Costume Round-Up

We have so much material for you that your Halloween costumes should be sorted out for the next couple of years. There are so many options to check out. And we’re not done yet. Since yesterday was the last day for trick-or-treating and Halloween costumes, celebrities really outdid themselves. The final few we loved were folks like Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford who cracked us up by getting their ’80s on as members of Mötley Crüe. Eden Wood from Toddlers and Tiaras was big this year with Chrissy Teigen and Fergie dressing up as her. Kelly Ripa outdid herself on Live! With Regis and Kelly along with Nick Lachey. Their first outfit sequence had Kelly dressed up as Eden as well, and Nick as Charlie Sheen. Their second has Kelly as Kim Kardashian and Nick (on stilts) as Kris Humphries on their wedding day. Ouch! The sexiest prize goes to Miranda Kerr who was the hottest ringmaster ever, and we’d like to give a round of applause to the mommies-to-be as well. Beyoncé was the cutest bumblebee in town, while Jennifer Garner was a witch.

Jessica Simpson’s Pup Dognapped By Coyotes

Poor Jessica Simpson! Her Malti-Poo pooch, Daisy, was snatched by coyotes yesterday (Simpson Twittered “A coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”) and she has been distraught and searching for the 5-year-old dog ever since.

Simpson rarely travels without the dog, who was a gift from ex-hubby Nick Lachey. She has been busy posting signs all over her Calabasas, CA neighborhood, hoping that someone will have found the dog alive – we’re really hoping this ends happily for Jess and she’s reunited with Miss Daisy. Score one point for Jessica Simpson! Surely the singer is smiling today, upon hearing the news that her ex-husband Nick Lachey has split from his longtime girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo. The pair first got together in 2006, and made headlines in 2007 when pics of them getting busy in a jacuzzi hit the web.

Kim Kardashian And Reggie Bush Headed For Reality Show?

Kim Kardashian wants to ruin her perfectly good relationship with Reggie Bush. Kim revealed that when she and Reggie eventually tie the knot, a Newlyweds type reality show is a definite possibility. “We get asked that all the time,” Kim said while on vacation in Miami with her main man. “We’re definitely headed in that direction, so you never know.”

Vanessa Minnillo Shows Off Her Legs (And A Mystery Man?) In NYC

Rumors are catching fire that Nick Lachey and longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo are on a one way trip to splitsville. Lachey started dating Minnillo in 2006 after separating from then wife Jessica Simpson. There were rumblings after The National Enquirer reported that the couple allegedly were seen having a blowout before entering a LA restaurant last month. In April, Lachey’s representative told Us Magazine the account is “not true,” but tongues were wagging yesterday after Minnillo was spotted with a “mystery man” in NYC.

He looks as plastic as Nick and he’s confident enough to wear a pink shirt, so he might just have a chance with the brunette Barbie. Don’t go into mourning for the twosome quite yet, a source told Usmagazine.com, “They are 100 percent together and fine and in love.” The insider said the couple took a “romantic trip” to NYC last weekend.
