Britney Lashes Out At Father Over Conservatorship

Britney Spears violently lashed out at father Jamie Spears following a January 22nd court date concerning his conservatorship, according to the Enquirer. Denied the chance to speak to the judge privately, Spears was reportedly  forced to sit silently while doctors said the mother of two was still unable to handle her personal affairs. By the time they returned home, “[Britney's] bodyguards had to physically restrain her from hitting Jamie,” said their source. “It was a terrible scene. Britney was totally out of control.” She also reportedly called ex Kevin Federline saying she wanted to “flee the country with the boys.”

Though Britney was out and about at the Grammys last weekend (though closely watched by boyfriend/agent Jason Trawick), the tab’s source paints a picture of Spears smashing surveillance equipment in bedroom her while a guard posted by her father stands guard outside 24 hours a day to keep her from leaving. If relations between Spears and her minders are as tense as being claimed, this issue shouldn’t take long to become a public affair.

Heads-up, Cyrus parents!!! 10-year-old Noah Cyrus was spotted hand-in-hand with big sis Miley this weekend in Burbank, CA, dressed similarly in a mismatched ensemble that only admiration could inspire. If the last ten years have taught us anything, it’s that the minute little girls start idolizing their rowdy celebrity sisters, partying and pregnancy are hot on their underaged heels.

Weathered beyond her 16 years, Ali Lohan has been photographed accompanying notorious party animal Lindsay everywhere from LA to Paris. We’re all for some sibling bonding, but in Hollywood, the little ones inevitably feel the need to bust out of their sister’s shadow.

When Kevin Federline began sporting an extra tire or two, some assumed Britney Spears‘ babydaddy was enjoying a carefree, “Mo’ Money, Mo’ Bacon” lifestyle. But the Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp contestant told Access Hollywood his rapid weight gain was a consequence of severe depression. “Once you get depressed, you don’t really feel like doing anything. You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed.” And no, he didn’t gain the weight for the show. “I had maybe 24 hours to decide [to do Fit Club] because the show started taping the next day after that weekend. It just couldn’t have come at a better time.”

While he admits his breakup with Brit didn’t help (”everybody knows what happened with me and Brit”), Federline makes clear his real issue was with himself—after all, it’s not like she made him record that album. “Just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression.” So there’s no beef with her new man Jason Trawick? “[My relationship with Britney] has gotten so much better than where we were.” I’m in the best possible scenario right now. I’m really happy for her. I’m very happy for her.”

Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock did more than share a best actress award at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards — they shared a little tongue, too! In the annals of awards show make-outs (Brit and Madge at the VMA’s in ‘03,  Halle Berry and Jamie Foxx at last year’s Spike Awards and Angelina Jolie and her very own brother at the 2000 Oscars), this kiss wasn’t the hottest or the longest. But that’s only because Meryl didn’t give in to Sandra’s balls-out, open-mouthed advance. See the action below.

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick are reportedly on the rocks after the superstar’s agent/consort flirted with some honeys at the Roger Room in LA. “Jason left the bar with two bottles of water - and a stunning blonde who looked like Britney did five years ago,” an insider told The Mirror. “He had his arms around her and they looked very much like they were together for the night.” Needless to say, Britney didn’t appreciate the news. “He explained the girls were just friends and there was nothing in it but they still had a massive row.”

Hopefully, Britney will get over the slight soon. Mama Lynne Spears—a big fan of Trawick—has flown in from Louisiana to help comfort her daughter. What better time than the end of a decade to muse about aging, decaying and even death? Maybe that’s why forensic artist Joe Mullins used “the latest computer technology” to predict what some of today’s biggest celebrities will look like after another decade passes. Interestingly, he  “took into account each of the A-listers’ lifestyles to predict how they might look in 2020.” (Translation: Forensic artists know what cocaine and eating disorders do to a body!) But what the artist could not know is that Madonna will replace her face with a new one by 2020 - and it will look exactly like this!

Check the gallery for a glimpse into the future, where flawless skin and gorgeous features give way to wrinkles and big bags under eyes. Only Angelina Jolie fares well. In fact, this forensic artist clearly thinks she’s still going to be a total MILF in 2020. Britney Spears‘ career may be back on track, but it sounds like her life may need a little more work. TMZ reports that father Jamie Spears successfully had his conservatorship over her—and the salary it provides—extended for an unspecified amount of time, the lawyers predict it will last for another six to twelve months. Co-conservator Andrew Wallet also received a six-figure payment for his efforts to keep Brit’s life in line. So what happens if things get more serious between the “3″ singer and constant companion Jason Trawick? We know her mom is a fan, but the legal wrangling could get dicey if he wants to get his hand in her care.

We would consider 2009 a pretty good year for Britney Spears - no head-shaving or relationship disasters to speak of, and her “Circus” tour went off without a hitch, except for that time her lady bits were hanging out. (Although we’ve seen those before so no big whoop.) Still, despite having a good year, Brit’s website reports that over 13,000 stories were written about her this year and as a result, she and her people compiled a list of the top 75 most ridiculous. Not a Top 10, mind you, but a TOP SEVENTY FIVE. That’s a lot of rumors.

The “TOP 75 BULLS#!T Britney Spears Stories” that appear on her site were either “factually inaccurate, because they reported the patently absurd, or because we believe they are simply offensive to the sensibilities.” The rumors address her lip-synching, numerous rumored boyfriends, and our favorite, “Britney to become Baptist minister.” We love that she (okay, a team of assistants) took the time to compile these and address them, although we wish they went into some detail explaining them. It looks like Kevin Federline and Britney Spears may be ending up one of those divorced couples who actually act maturely to raise their children. In a new interview, Kevin says that he is very happy Brit Brit has found love again with agent Jason Trawick. “Yeah, I’m totally happy for her. That’s all I want…you want your children’s mother to be happy. It’s great,” Kevin says.

Speaking of, how are those children doing?  “They love dancing, it’s in their blood. It’s so funny, they’ll go around the house and they try to breakdance. They imitate their mother a lot because they’ve been to the shows, it’s really funny to watch. I mean, they’re kids and they’re like a sponge, it’s interesting to watch them come into their own little characters,” Kevin said. The former backup dancer recently went on a major weight loss plan as part of his appearance on “Celebrity Fit Club.” “A couple of years ago I could tell my metabolism was slowing down and it’s just like my stomach was growing and growing on a daily basis. Gettin’ out of control. We were in Miami a couple of months ago and the paparazzi got a picture of me with my shirt off at the pool and when I saw that I was just like, WOW,” Kevin says.
