As anyone who’s heard Alec Baldwin’s “little pig” rant knows, the 30 Rock star doesn’t deal with stress very well. So with his name in the paper for daughter Ireland’s 911 call following his rumored drug overdose, it’s no surprise Alec went ape-poopie on paparazzi on his way home from work yesterday. “Don’t touch me!” Baldwin reportedly yelled at a photographer who tapped him. “I’m calling the cops!” When the boys in blue arrived, the actor discussed the matter briefly before running out to grab the offending pap’s arm. “This guy! This guy!” Baldwin was quickly pulled back into the building, saying “they are the lowest scum on earth. They are the lowest scum on earth.” While “this guy!” was unsettled enough to say “he just assaulted me,” no charges are expected to be filed because…come on.

But what about the medical drama that inspired this madness? According to multiple sources, Ireland had told the dispatcher Baldwin left an argument Wednesday night by saying “I’m tired of this. I’m going to take some pills. I’m going to end this.” Only Baldwin claims he merely took a single Ambien and went to bed, at which point his ex-wife Kim Basinger got his daughter to call 911 to humiliate him. “This is another example of Kim’s sickness,” a Baldwin insider told the New York Daily News. “Alec came back from the hospital and there were cameras outside his house at 2 a.m. Gee, I wonder how they found out?” Neither Baldwin nor Basinger have yet to comment directly.

Britney Spears violently lashed out at father Jamie Spears following a January 22nd court date concerning his conservatorship, according to the Enquirer. Denied the chance to speak to the judge privately, Spears was reportedly  forced to sit silently while doctors said the mother of two was still unable to handle her personal affairs. By the time they returned home, “[Britney's] bodyguards had to physically restrain her from hitting Jamie,” said their source. “It was a terrible scene. Britney was totally out of control.” She also reportedly called ex Kevin Federline saying she wanted to “flee the country with the boys.”

Though Britney was out and about at the Grammys last weekend (though closely watched by boyfriend/agent Jason Trawick), the tab’s source paints a picture of Spears smashing surveillance equipment in bedroom her while a guard posted by her father stands guard outside 24 hours a day to keep her from leaving. If relations between Spears and her minders are as tense as being claimed, this issue shouldn’t take long to become a public affair.

Sandra Bullock’s Oscar nomination isn’t the only good news she received this week: husband Jesse James scored a small victory in his custody battle with ex-wife Janine Lindemuller, keeping the porn star from regaining visitation rights with their 5-year-old daughter Sunny. Lindemuller initially lost custody after a six month prison term for tax evasion, and James has argued that her criminal activity (she’s currently in a halfway house for violating parole) and risque lifestyle (she’s married to an ex-con, runs an X-rated webcam from their home) should keep the pin-up from regularly interacting with Sunny—even making phone calls.  “She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny,” said James. “But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call. She has no filter on what she tells [our daughter] about prison. There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”

While Lindemuller will still be allowed to make daily phone calls to her daughter, she won’t see Sunny in person anytime soon, having missed four of her last five scheduled visits, including the Christmas Eve quality time she fought for in court two months ago. Earlier, Lindemuller had accused Bullock of wanting Sunny as her own on Good Morning America (”What would give her the right to take away my daughter?”), a claim the Blind Side star denied (”it couldn’t be farther from the truth”). James and Lindemuller will have their next court date in June, after monthly joint therapy sessions.

Charlie Sheen, the highly paid star of Two And A Half Men, was arrested on domestic violence charges in Aspen after a Christmas day argument with wife Brooke Mueller. Notorious for his anger and alcohol issues (”We’re always on pins and needles, not knowing when he’ll explode,” a show staffer told the Chicago Sun-Times), Sheen has previously been accused of violence by ex-wife Denise Richards and was arrested in 1997 for allegedly assaulting then-girlfriend Brittany Ashland. Mueller, who told police Sheen threatened her with a knife, has reportedly taken back most of her account. Mueller was legally drunk at the time of Sheen’s arrest.

“They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning,” a source told People. “Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand.” Mueller gave birth to twins Bob and Max last March. “[Sheen and Mueller] have two children together and they love one another,” said Sheen’s lawyer. “They’re going to work through what is a difficult time and they’re going to do that together and as privately as possible.”

If you thought the birth of Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford’s second child with estranged husband Daniel Giersch would stop their drama if only for a day, think again. The German businessman says that he was not invited to attend, or even told he had a daughter!

I was never informed by Kelly about the birth of our daughter, nor was I invited to attend. In fact, I found out about it through Internet reports like everyone else. Although this sickens me, I am of course overjoyed that our baby was born healthy.

Rutherford’s rep denies his claims, asserting that Giersch was contacted immediately after delivery and asked to visit. Yet another matter for the court solve, apparently!

The other half of Kelly Rutherford’s ugly custody battle has finally entered the world. The Gossip Girl star gave birth to a little girl at 10 P.M. last night. Estranged husband and father Daniel Giersch not present.

Rutherford filed to end her two-year marriage with Giersch last December, while pregnant with their second child. The pair have fought regularly in court over their son Hermes, 2, debating everything from whether the child could visit the Gossip Girl set to whether it’s too stressful a time for him to potty train.

Lost star Naveen Andrews has gained sole custody of his three-year-old son, Naveen Jr, after a brutal court battle. According to TMZ, Elena Eustache, the child’s mother, took Naveen Jr. out of Los Angeles without permission. She also accused Andrews’ girlfriend, Barbara Hershey, of performing witchcraft and poisoning the child. Andrews’ lawyer has asked that Eustache undergo psychiatric testing.

Andrews conceived the child with Eustache during his brief separation from Beaches star in 2005. Hershey and Andrews have been dating over a decade, despite their 21 year age difference.

Eustache, an actress and stand-up comedienne, appears in the upcoming Matt Damon film, The Informant. Check out a video made by Eustache after the jump.

Nikki Blonsky’s long-awaited take on the violent brouhaha between her family and that of America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden in Turks Ciacos last August is unsurprisingly different than Golden’s, which she calls “absolute lies.” Will we ever know the truth?

Golden claimed on Tyra Banks that things got physical when Blonsky’s father Carl (pictured right) hit Golden’s mother, with the rest of the Hairspray star’s family joining in on the fun. “He hit my mom with such force she stumbled back and when she stumbled back the whole family got up and attacked my mom. [Nikki] takes her foot and kicks my mom in her vagina, and that’s when my mom fell out completely.” Ouch! Who wouldn’t?

Now Blonsky tells People that the violence began when she asked the model to take her finger out of her face, “That’s when she stood up, pulled her arm all the way back and said, ‘F— you, you white bitch.’ And she closed her fist and punched me.” Both the Blonskys and Golden still face criminal charges in Turks Ciacos, assuming everyone bothers to show.
