This is a battle that cant have a winner, First in Hilarys pics shes not posing and it looks like shes just trying to get some where but can because of poperazzi and miley is posing lokking all pretty or watever so i think its unfair to choose because one was ready for the pics while hilaryy wasnt. :I
Hilary totally wore it better, hands down… hilary duff is amazing and she will always win a ‘who wore it better’ war… I love hilary duff and i always will… hilarys biggest fan!!!!!!!!1

they both look good in the dress. but hilary duff is drop dead gorgeous and miley is beautiful, they both are good people. miley may have made some bad changes but it is okay. everyone make mistakes. vanessa hudgens on the other hand made that one mistake with the nude pics could be forgiven is okay, but the second time was worse. i cant believe her. so she is ruining her and zac’s views from people. people will get over what miley does because she is down to earth and isnt desperate.
the only reason i choose hilary was because she definatly filled this dress out alot better. i know its not mileys fault that she doesnt fill it out as well as hilary, im just glad that miley wasnt wearing one of her “make me look like im 21″ outfits.
i think that vh1, e, or any fashion talk show should have a teenage correspondent that way famous teens can see how other teens portray them as a role model, whether their look is chic or trashy.
