The Hottie & The Nottie, the Paris Hilton comedy we're trying to forget, is up for Worst Movie, Worst Actress, Worst Screen Couple (Paris and either of her co-stars), Worst Director and Worst Screenplay. Paris also has a Worst Supporting Actress nomination for Repo!: The Genetic Opera.
