Russell Brand is not one to waste time. It’s only been two weeks since the 2008 MTV VMA host quit his BBC radio show and packed up his bags to move to the U.S. — and already he’s hitting the streets of NYC with a mystery girl in tow. We can’t say for sure whether Russell and Mystery Girl are knockin’ boots in the metaphorical sense, but why else would she be rubbing his mouth with lip balm?
