Adnan Ghalib, Britney Spears‘ old paparazzo boyfriend who allegedly threatened to release a sex tape and legally can’t contact her until 2012, is headed to jail. Pleading no contest to charges that he intentionally hit a process server with his car last February, Ghalib will spend 45 days in prison in exchange for having two of his felony counts dropped. On top of his time behind bars, Ghalib will be placed on probation for 36 months, complete a year of anger management classes and serve another 45 days doing hard labor. We’re sure Jamie Spears feels just horrible for him.
