Miley Cyrus Is Actually A Mastermind: Plays Us With Good Girl-Bad Girl Steez

We’ve come to the conclusion that Miley Cyrus is some sort of media mastermind. She’s created this cat-and-mouse game with us that has thoroughly hooked. It’s kind of the same theory as good cop-bad cop. Only with her, it’s good girl-bad girl. For instance, look at our last couple of stories with her. She looked absolutely swell and so classy at People’s Choice Awards, making it to our best-dressed list. Then, she promptly gets a totally NS — For anything, and not just Work — penis cake for boyfriend Liam Hemsworth’s birthday. Just as we’re absorbing that, bam, adorably awkward Cyrus family photographs. Do you sense a pattern here?

Just yesterday, we posted photographs from Miley’s Twitter account of her way cute puppies! But of course, she didn’t even give us enough time to settle into cooing over them. Because today, she appeared outside a Bed, Bath and Beyond in an outfit that not only showed off her admittedly fab legs, but made us believe they were encased in thigh-highs and a garter belt. On closer inspection, she’s wearing full-length tights, but that’s the genius of it. Miley just wants you to think she’s wearing the more risque style, so when we all raise our voices and scream “inappropriate” she can turn around and play the innocent card. We’re on to you, Miley!

Beyonce Steps Out A Second Night In A Row Looking Fabulous

After laying low since the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé is back and ready to play. She was out day before yesterday in a gorgeous orange Alice by Temperley dress and gold and sapphire jewelry by Ofira and Lorraine Schwartz. Bey went out for husband Jay-Z‘s concert at Carnegie Hall — way to support the hubby! We thought she’d vanish for some time after giving us a glimpse of her fabulousness, but hallelujah, that wasn’t meant to be. Beyonce made it out two nights in a row, stepping out in New York City a second time last night. She looked no less incredible in a sparkling, sequined, navy blue Monique Lhullier dress, Gucci shoes, Chanel purse and Lorraine Schwartz bling. Oh my!

As far as we can see, on both nights, the baby weight seems to be under control and Bey looks curvy, happy and glowing. We’re really hoping that she pops in to the Grammys on February 12. Who here thinks she just may? Positive thinking, people!

Lady Gaga Reveals The Born This Way Ball’s Poster

So we may not not when exactly the Born This Way Ball is happening, but we’re pretty close. Lady Gaga got on Twitter yesterday promising that, “Tomorrow at 11AM PST the first tour dates for THE BORN THIS WAY BALL will be released. I will also tweet the 1st official tour poster!” But then she couldn’t stand the suspense herself, tweeting, “Screw it. I had too much wine” and followed up with the link for the poster, exclaiming, “THE BORN THIS WAY BALL: OFFICIAL WORLD TOUR POSTER 2012-2013.” Does that mean that the dates will still be announced at 11 am, right? And do we love this poster? Yes, we do! It’s just the right amount of dark and ominous.

M.I.A. And Her Babydaddy Fiance Break Up

M.I.A.’s stars aren’t bringing her much luck currently. Or she’s not making her own luck, depending how you see it. First, the singer decided it would be OK to flip the bird at a camera during the halftime show at the Super Bowl. The backlash has been swift and acerbic, and she might even be responsible for any FCC fines imposed on NBC. So while her professional life is under some major scrutiny, it turns out that her personal life is as well. M.I.A. and her billionaire babydaddy fiance of a very long time, Benjamin Bronfman, have split up. We don’t use the term “billionaire” lightly as if it’s a Bruno Mars song. The dude really is the heir to a $2.5 billion Seagrams fortune. Sadly, M.I.A. — real name: Mathangi “Maya” Arulpragasam— and Benjamin also have a son, Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman, together. He’ll be 3 this Saturday.

There are a couple of different stories doing the rounds as to why they’ve broken up. Some sources say it’s because she spends most of her time in London and Benjamin is left to do all the parenting, with his mother, philanthropist Sherry Bronfman, helping with her grandson. Another source alleges that M.I.A. “sometimes goes six weeks without seeing” Ikhyd. This just is a sad business all around. We hope that their baby boy doesn’t get dragged into this at all.

Chris Brown Is Going To Perform At The Grammys

Chris Brown is returning to the scene of the crime, so to speak. The singer is scheduled to perform at the Grammys on Sunday, February 12, says a source, three years after he assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna following a pre-Grammy party in 2009. He hasn’t attended the event since, but that changes this year. Interestingly enough, RiRi is on the lineup to hit the stage too. It wouldn’t be the first time the two cross paths, however, as they’ve been spotted at the same nightclubs on a couple of occasions this year. Comments? Thoughts? It’s still a bit of a raw subject, isn’t it?

Take Your First Look At Beyonce Since She Gave Birth To Blue Ivy

Oh, HEY! It’s Beyonce! This is the first time anyone has seen her publicly since the birth of her chart-topping daughter Blue Ivy Carter on January7, and we have to say, she looks pretty effin’ fabulous. Bey was out to support husband Jay-Z at his Carnegie Hall concert, and this photograph was taken after they went to his 40/40 Club to celebrate. She’s looking slightly more voluptuous than usual, but if we didn’t know any better, we’d say there’s not a pound of extra baby weight on her. She’s wearing an Alice by Temperley dress and the bits of gold and sapphire jewelry you can see is by Ofira and Lorraine Schwartz. Lookin’ good, mamma!

We’re seriously hoping she’ll appear at the Grammys this weekend. You know, purely so she can support Hov, not because we need to see more of her. Nope. Don’t mind us.

Some Hits, Some Misses At The Vow Premiere

Y’all know we love Rachel McAdams, right? And this The Vow movie with Channing Tatum is already giving out The Notebook vibes (and it’s not even based on a Nicholas Sparks book!), so we’re getting our tissue boxes out in preparation. We so wanted her to nail it at the Hollywood premiere of the film last night. She looks … fine. But that’s the problem. Rachel McAdams is not supposed to look just “fine,” or like any other pretty starlet. But that’s what her pastel blue Vivienne Westwood dress and nude Christian Louboutin pumps left us feeling. It’s pretty, but it’s not smashing it. Love the lipstick, though.

Very surprisingly, the best dressed for us was the duo of Kendall and Kylie Jenner. If you can get over how short the dresses are for a 16- and a 14-year-old, respectively. But these girls never make anything look déclassé, though because they always look really sweet. Yes, a Kardashian (sorta) can look sweet. We’re not feeling Kendall’s “welcome to the ’90s” bun, but are totally digging her white mini-sheath and bronze pumps. Sadly, who we’re really not feeling is Channing’s wife, Jenna Dewan in the pink, ruffled Tadashi Shoji dress and red pumps. The dress is wearing her, and it makes her look like a Valentine’s Day present.

Is Sarah Michelle Gellar Going To Prom?

Why don’t we love Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s outfit here? The actress was at a taping for The Late Show With David Letterman last night and wore two different outfits as a nod to her double role playing twins Siobhan and Bridget on her show, Ringer. This was the first outfit, and try not to go all Buffy on us, but we don’t love it. It’s the cut of the skirt combined with the fabric that makes it way too prom for us. Celebrities Flock To Indianapolis To Watch The Super Bowl

You would think that a bunch of stars showed up in Indianapolis to watch the Super Bowl last night, and you would be right. We spotted a fair amount of them thanks to Twitter. Jessica Simpson, Lenny Kravitz and Rosie O’Donnell all tweeted photographs of themselves at the game. Husband-and-wife duo, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton sang “America the Beautiful” right before kick-off. Seal was out with his camera. And after her pregame concert, you couldn’t miss Katy Perry either with her blue hair and crazy mismatched outfit (her shoes were different colors). And of course, Gisele Bundchen was there to console husband Tom Brady after his team lost. Check out all the photographs in our gallery below.

Madonna’s Super Bowl Outfits Remind Us Of All That Is Righteous And Important About Pop Culture

All Hail Queen Madonna! How much more appropriate can you get considering her grand entrance at her incredible (seriously, mind-boggling) Super Bowl Halftime show took its cues from another legendary queen. The next photograph shall elaborate.

Walk like an Egyptian, bay-bee! Only Madge could take on the awesomeness that was Elizabeth Taylor‘s unforgetable entrance into Rome in the film Cleopatra. Come to think of it, Madonna’s entire performance reminded of us of all that is pop culture, old and new. Seriously guys, her fashion cues through the whole shebang — with guest spots by LMFAO, Cee-Lo Green, M.I.A and Nicki Minaj — reminded us of a couple things that hold a very high importance in entertainment graph.
