Things Just Got Weirder: Brittany Murphy’s Mother And Husband Shared A Bed

The strange goings-on behind closed doors in the Brittany Murphy – Simon Monjack household continue to amaze us, even months after both of their deaths.

Monjack and Murphy’s mother Sharon moved in together after Brittany’s death, which is a little odd, but we were hesitant to judge a grieving family (even though they did sit for an, um, intimate photo shoot, seen below). The relationship was so suspicious that Monjack had to deny rumors that he and Sharon were having some sort of affair. But now that Monjack has also passed away, new information is making things seem even weirder.

In a report on Monjack’s death from the L.A. coroner’s office, an investigator states that while searching the Monjack-Murphy home, Murphy pointed to Monjack’s bed and explained that half of it was “her side of the bed.” She also had prescriptions at the home that were written out to Sharon Monjack. The report shows no evidence of sexual contact, which doesn’t really comfort us. Sharon Murphy has certainly been through a lot in the past year and this report will probably only make her life harder, but there are a lot of people (us included) who can’t wrap their head around any of this.
