Well, isn’t this convenient. Sandra Bullock will be on the cover of People talking about her decision to file for divorce against philandering husband Jesse James, but she won’t be alone. America’s favorite Oscar winner has been in the process of adopting a baby from New Orleans for the last few months, and she’s using her exclusive interview to introduce 3 1/2th month old Louis. “He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way…It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.” Despite her use of our—and the fact that Louis has allegedly been living with Bullock and James’ family since before the Oscars—she’s completed the adoption process as a single parent.
“Yes, I have filed for divorce,” Bullock confirmed to People, admitting “I’m sad and I’m scared.” More details are certain to come in the full interview, but without them it’s hard not to feel a little queasy about a star shoving an adopted baby in our face after a family scandal. god bless sandy, I have to be honest, after I got pregnant w/my child i no longer needed him why? couldn’t tell you, but the moral of the story is we were divorced 4 years later, and it is the best thing ever!! the kid don’t here the fights, i raise my child the way i want, and were all good!! ( the only thing i miss about my x is his paycheck.) good luck girl you got this.
This baby boy is soooo cute and chocolate! This is a beautiful child! i hope is is raised in a home where color is colorblind and the love of an innocent child is put on a pedastal! Congrats!
What do you mean ‘shoving an adopted baby in our face’??? It wouldn’t be long until the media got wind of the baby and exploit him…Good for Sandra to bring him out when she did. This just makes the whole situation even more sad for Sandy. I wish her all the best. God bless her!!

Hey, I love Sandra Bullock and I hope the best for her and her new baby boy. I love her in anything she does. Kudos on the oscar win. I hope her husband gets what he deserves. I think she can do anything she wants and I think she will make a good mother. I also thank she will do good at anything she does. I look forward to seeing what is next and I hope she and the baby will do fine.

Have I missed something about “this startling news?” What is so startling about the fact that “Louis has allegedly been living with Bullock and James family since before the Oscars.” By my recollection, Sandra was not aware of Jessie’s cheating ways until after the Oscars so please, give her a break. Sorry to hear that you feel “a little queasy about a star shoving an adopted baby in our face after a family scandal.” I think it is wonderful for Sandra to have a huge positive influence like Louis to put her energy towards rather than having time to read negative articles that doesn’t have its facts correct.

Well I think it is a little weird that she adopted a black child nothing agaist her but as a black and hispanic woman I wish that more black families would adopt more black children. I feel like stars think that because they have so much money that they can do what ever they want even if it means exploiting an african american child for their own publicity. White people are always trying to save the world with their money, thats great that she is trying to help a child but its a child not a dog, these stars just pick up babies like they are a new pet.
@ Krista, I am a black female and I don’t understand why you are upset that a white woman is adopting these kids. Regardless of race there are plenty of children to go around. I am surprised a woman of mixed heritage can even say that when obviously you come from a mixed family. Get over it. Adopting kids like pets? You are #%^&_!_$$^~#_^@ uming a lot and I haven’t heard any cases of children being adopted and being treated like animals. I am sure Sandra will take very good care of this child and it will have way more opportunities than most. The child will never forget that it is black so what are YOU afraid of? WOW. I am happy for Sandra, I am glad she can move on past her cheating husband and finally get some happiness that she deserves.

Krista is so completely blind, i am a birth mother and speaking from experience God will lead you to the right family regardless of race, My child’s adoptive parents had no absolute idea what i looked like before meeting me but we knew it was meant to be even before meeting because god had led me to the right couple in his own timing and in his own way.
