Christie And Alexa Ray Get Mother-Daughter Plastic Surgeries

Just the other day, we were saying how nice it was that the Brinkley-Joel family seems to be keeping it together pretty well, despite Christie and Billy‘s divorce sixteen years ago, but that still doesn’t mean that these stars are just like us. For instance, Christie and her daughter Alex Ray Joel got plastic surgery together earlier this year, something we’ve definitely never done with our mom.

Star reports that the pair both visited the Upper East Side’s Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan (which is so appropriate, since they are Uptown Girls) this month to get some work done – Christie got a mini-facelift, while Alexa got a nose job within a day of one another. Star has before and after photos of both, if you’d like to compare noses. A source says that the $60,000 price tag was well worth it, because “Both Alexa and Christie are so happy.” We’d also like to take this time to point out that, despite (or because of) the work Christie has has done, she looks kind of amazing for a 56-year-old. Alexa looks good too, but we’re worried that this is just one more step closer to her morph into Tori Spelling.
