What is left to say about Heidi Montag‘s deformed and inflated body? It appears that her plastic surgeon sliced out her happiness when he was scooping out Heidi’s back fat, ‘cuz she now looks like the world’s most miserable blow up sex doll. But hey, we guess she paid all that money to get chopped up into a tinier, bustier robot so she could sit around in a bikini all day, so this must be what she considers success. Congrats on all you’ve accomplished, Heidi! So what if you scare small children with your canon ball breasts in the process.

why everyone picking on her…..her body, her choice….besides she does not look bad. yes she was fine before but she is fine now. I agree most women probly jealous as we are all told we are not good enough when we are girls….only question is if all this surgery makes her really feel any better….heidi be your own girl and do what you wanna do….just be careful not too much like ol’ michael j.

Poor Heidi I don’t understand how such a beautiful girl would go and change her body to the way she changed. She states in her mind she wasn’t happy with her looks and that makes me sad for her. Her parents seem to be intelligent caring people and I am sure they did their best on upbringing their daughter to feel good about herself so what happened? Is this another example of how Hollywood can be toxic for you>?

It would be somewhat okay if she would have left her face alone…she can’t even express all her emotions through her face anymore…ick. If she would have just gotten her body worked on I think she’d look decent. She just really shouldn’t have touched her face…at all.
How very, very sad. This is the result of lack of self-confidence and trying to please “her man”. Living in LA LA LAND has made Heidi ugly and spineless and Spencer insane. Get a grip. Your 15 minutes are up and you just put that last nail in the coffin by making yourself look so ridiculous. At this young age, this is a disgrace and nobody is going to give Heidi a thought in 5 years…she’ll just be left with big boobs and a crazy ex-husband by then. Somebody help them!
I can’t even hate on her for getting body work done, Iand I wont even give her flack for the ridiculously huge boobs…but why ruin such a beautiful face? To me, there’s nothing wrong with a female doing what she has to do to feel confident in her own skin, but I really think she has gone too far. She doesn’t even look like herself…she really looks like plastic. But I guess as long as shes happy, it really isn’t any of our business.

What could ONE person say to you that would ever get through to you? Now I don’t know if you will ever see this but I hope by some chance you will or that someone shows this particular post to you.
You were beautiful when you first appeared on Laguna and again while on the Hills…your first surgery was a nice enhancement, yes I will agree to that-however, somewhere along the way you lost yourself. I truly hope you find your way back again.
Please understand that when you put a FOREIGN object in your body you have a risk for a autoimmnue response such as chronic fatigue, muscle aches, joint pain similar to rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases that have NO CURE. You have ONE body, don’t destroy it.
You have had many luxuries in life and many wonderful opportunities that landed in your lap, yet you are loosing everything. FAMILY and friends are the most supportive people in ones life and how can a young woman not speak to her Mother? I can’t imagine that. Do you know how that must hurt her? Look where you are Heidi. Alone in a house without the laughter and joy that a family has. The silence must be deafening. You are a shell of your former self. I have seen pictures online of you recently and I know what the “drug haze” looks like-I have seen it many times. You are medicating yourself. Your eyes are dilated and bloodshot. PLEASE go back to your family-reduce the size of your breast implants so you can hug your loved ones, add some lowlights to your hair and let that old Heidi come through and shine bright. You can do incredible things with your life-time to make them happen. Home is where your story begins….not where it ends. God bless.
This is just sad to me. Especially the look on her face in these photos. She seems so unhappy, but what do I know? If she is, though, then I hope she gets help. I hope she gets away from the toxic environment that is making her unhappy. Reconcile with your family and get away from that no-good man of yours.
I just want to cry looking at this. There are people with facial deformities and missing body parts, and here is someone striving to look some ideal of perfect, risking her life in the process.
