Daisy De La Hoya, who posted “inconsolable” tweets after learning of Corey Haim‘s death, has come forward to say she and late actor had struck up a relationship little over a month before his death yesterday. “Corey was looking forward to the future, he was making plans,” she told Radar. “He had a movie coming up and he was talking about directing, I can’t believe he would of done this on purpose, it had to be an accident.” The pair were introduced by none other than Corey Feldman. “[He] had been saying to me for ages that I had to meet Corey Haim, he said we were totally kindred spirits and that we would really hit it off…Eventually we did meet and he was right.”
According to E! News, the pair went on their first “official date” only two weeks ago. “Daisy loved The Lost Boys, and she always had a crush on Corey,” says their source. “They weren’t in an exclusive relationship, but they were having a lot of fun getting to know each other and seeing what would happen. Corey told Daisy she is a beautiful person with a beautiful heart.” “It’s such a tragedy, he was so talented and had so much to offer,” said De La Hoya. “He was a sweet, caring, respectful person who just wanted to be loved.”

I just saw Daisy a couple of weeks ago at the premier of Skin Trade. It was very well done, and very disturbing. I cant believe china uses dog and cat fur and call it fake fur. They also skin them alive. OMG, it was sooo gross and VERY SAD. I’m still having nightmares. Ok my point about Daisy is, she was there with Charles, the guy who was “just her friend” when she was on Rock of love. They were making out and all over each other. I think she’s saying she was dating Corey to get something written about her and to get back in the media. Lame. Sad some people need attention so bad they will lie, and Corey cant say anything to confirm.

It’s more like haim could not get work without feldman really who helped bring him in on the lost boys 2 movie,where corey haim blew it by being on drugs during filming and couldn’t focus enough to remember lines or even act anymore,and he basicly slowed down production in favor of doing drugs. in the end he was basicly cut from the film because of this or he would of had a much more major role in the movie.
he couldn’t hack it anymore which is well documented in the reality show,the two coreys!
they even caught him snorting drugs when he left his microphone on and left for his trailer after failing at shooting a scene with very few lines..
The drugs have made him into less of an actor and he lost his focus.
which is sad because it was his first big step at making a real comeback with this film had he gotten it together. he chose drugs over reality and his friends and it’s nobodys fault but his own.
hollywood is not to blame at all.
they are not suppose to take care of stars all they’re lifes.
when a star is busted for doing drugs,it can lead to less work for these stars are role models to many,and ya can’t just forgive over and over again and have them in the spotlight to say it is ok to be a drug addict and still work and be that role model,so you paint yourself a bad image and thats what hollywood will do to you if you do. you get less work when the word is out,unless you get help,go to rehab and quit.
haim could not,he chose to keep his drug addict friends and ties with dealers and continue his soul tearing,only caring about the party,not his life or being a star anymore.

haim thought he grew up right,when he was far from where he should be and should of been. he chose the wrong path and never looked back.

Corey feldman was the only one to try and help this guy,all it got was hate from his old friend… haim too much far gone and taken over by the drugs.
if only he got the help from a doctor. got into rehab. started getting healthy and getting into fitness,if only he got rid of his so called rug addict friends and drug ties,he could of made a serious come back that would of put mickey rourke and jackie earl haley to shame!

he looked bad,skinny and frail and obviously heavy into drugs.
now? 2010? he looked good,really good. didn’t seem to be on drugs,but obviously he was,maybe not illegal drugs,but medical drugs. he gained his weight back and really to me,looked like a grown up corey haim again. he looked clean,but apparently was not.
but he was doing better and he was working again on mainly low budget movies,which is good to get your feet wet again and show people what ya got,which could of lead to bigger and better movies… his acting was a little rusty judging by his performance in his last flick.
but he seem to play himself in alot of it, you can tell the type of person he was and i could understand why he kept chosing to do drugs. this kid met up with the wrong crowd,thugs. foul mouth druggies who think they know it all,and chose ego over reality. to be yourself and to be real? fat chance when your role models are punks in heat. the tony montana attitude i call it…. people follow too much is the problem,instead of leading themselfs.
he chose to puff on that first joint while filming the lost boys which lead to him hanging out with the druggies and leading to worse drugs. changing him forever,guiding him into what he was going to become. he never needed the drugs before the age he started… he simply met the ones who already did it and he tried it because it was there and these guys he worked with or they were his friends,and it was cool! party dude!!! yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

perhaps he knew his health was starting to go downward and he may of saw the light very far away,perhaps it was time for him to get better,perhaps he felt the medical drugs could divert him from doing illegal drugs and it would be safe… no…… it’s not.
some doctors should answer for this. he didn’t need any drugs.
he needed to get clean and sober and get eating right and working out.
being corey haim again… keep it simple and real,be who you really are.
go back in time and think back to your true innocent soul to which you should reflect to be when you grow… not some drugged out version,lost and unhealthy…..

i’d rather die a frail old man lying in my bed of natrual causes,to where it wouldn’t matter anymore,and to where i wouldn’t even know it. a natrual way to die. when it is your true time.
