Guess who’s still the world’s angriest supermodel? Naomi Campbell reportedly punched driver Miodrag Mejdina in the back of the head while being chauffeured in Manhattan yesterday afternoon, fleeing the Cadillac Escalade by foot after Mejdina called 911. “He said Ms. Campbell had struck him in the back of the head or neck while he was driving, causing him to hit his head on the steering wheel,” a police official told the Daily News. While the driver, who suffered bruises and a swollen eye, isn’t pressing charges, police took down a harassment report and want to meet with Campbell. “There shouldn’t be a rush to judgment,” said her rep. “Naomi will co-operate voluntarily, and there is more to the story than meets the eye.” Um…poor choice of words there, considering what she allegedly bashed against the steering wheel.
It’s no surprise the police would want to check in on Campbell, considering the efforts they’ve taken to curb her violent ways. The supermodel was first sent to anger management classes in 2000 after pleading guilty to smacking her assistant with a telephone two years earlier, only for her to slap another one with a BlackBerry in 2005. Further beatings—some with jewel-encrusted cellphones, others with just her fists—have been reported, with Campbell mopping floors at the NY sanitation department as punishment for an assault that left a housekeeper needing stitches. “I’ve got my temper under control,” Campbell told Larry King…in 2002.

Carol what an ignorant comment. Campbell was born in London my dear and is not from the “ghetto”. Her mother was a ballet dancer. Campbell was raised by a nanny until the age of 10 when she was accepted at a stage school where she too began to study ballet.
Naomi has issues that either stem from her own personality and/or that of a model that has achieved her type of success and is realizing that she isn’t getting any younger. Anyone who has worked with models can tell you; BEAUTY IS OFTEN ONLY SKIN DEEP. Her first incident spread like wildfire so everything after will as well. She isn’t the only model with anger management issues
