Which one was charged with a crime again? Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen refuses to go to rehab, while wife Brooke Mueller is off to her third in a month. According to TMZ, Mueller has left The Canyon in Malibu after an employee tried to hawk her admission form to the media. Though the site says they declined to purchase the evidence, they did reveal the form “is very specific about the circumstances surrounding Brooke’s admission.” Mueller’s initial rehab stint late last month in North Carolina was first credited to complications from pneumonia, though she has allegedly been struggling with dependency issues following the violent Christmas argument in Aspen that led to Sheen’s arrest. Mueller returned to California after removing the restraining order against her husband two weeks ago, and will reportedly enter a new facility soon.
According to Radar, Sheen plans to plead not guilty to misdemeanor assault and felony menacing in Aspen next month. “[We] certainly would not enter into any disposition that contemplated a felony because no felony occurred,” said his lawyer, suggesting the actor could still admit to a reduced charge through plea bargain. Sheen has denied hitting his wife or threatening her with a knife since Mueller called 911 on him almost two months ago.
