Tiger Apologizes For Affairs, Denies Wife Attacked Him

While much of Tiger Woods‘ press conference this morning consisted of apologies for his numerous infidelities to his family, his friends, his employees, his co-workers, sponsors and anyone who ever thought he was a role model, the golfer firmly denied rumors that wife Elin Nordegren physically attacked him before his Thanksgiving weekend car crash. “Elin never hit me that night or any other night. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage, ever. Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame.” Woods also denied using performance enhancing drugs, though rumors of recreational drug use were ignored.

Despite practicing his swing near his Florida home yesterday, Woods said he couldn’t predict when he’d return to golfing, as his family was his primary focus (he’ll reportedly return to rehab promptly). The athlete did admit, however, that he could be competing professionally “within the year.” Did you find his apology sincere? Let us know in the poll above.

Who cares if Tiger was unfaithful. The only person who should care are the people who were directly affected like his wife and maybe the mistresses if they were given false hope. Men are unfaithful all the time and noone has a problem. The guy is famous so everyone is judging him. His personal life did not interfere with his being a golfer therefore noone should have a problem with what he did on his own time but his wife. Leave the man alone already.

I completely agree with Brenda. The only ones affected by Tiger’s actions were his wife & his girlfriends. None of what happened is anyone else’s business. Tiger is a celebrity because he is a talented golfer, & I doubt if his golf game has been adversely affected.
Mr & Mrs John Q Public need to mind their own business & leave these people alone.

Everyone just needs to drop it and leave him alone and let him work things out with his wife . Everyone is being so rude to him and so ya its all stupid stuff.

I believe that Tiger Woods is being sincere. He wants to get back with his life. He said, “I’m sorry.” What more do people want? Get over it! This goes on in everyday life, only its not made into a big deal because not everyone is rich and famous. Lets move on to important issues.
