When peering into Kat Von D‘s new face, all we can muster is “why?!” The darling of the tattoo scene has seemingly lifted her brows and narrowed her nose. At the wee age of 27, the eye-opening procedure was surely unnecessary, as was the shrinkage of her schnoz. Heidi Montag‘s 10 procedures in a day hardly made us flinch, but it now seems like young stars are treating the decision to alter their physical appearance as lightly changing their nail color! At this rate, we’re going to have a horde of Jocelyn Wildenstein‘s traipsing about Hollywood within 20 years.

Kat’s stupid. But all these other pictures -whom Im sure has done plastic surgery, but you’re comparing photos of when they were young to now… a totally different story..

i dont think she has had anything done she has her eyebrows shaped different than before it looks like she used to draw them on before ….so my opinion is she had them waxed differently …no big deal
and as far as the nose it looks the same size and shape to me she does her make up differently now….she is also holding her head at a different angle in the pics so you cant judge them on that…..she is a very busy tattoo artist with appointments booked for months and months ahead of time when would she have ever found the time to take medical leave to recover from plastic surgey?
She looks like Micheal Jackson now.
if any one has ever watched LA ink, they showed an episode where kat was going into surgery and had no make up on. she draws her eyebrows.
Ashley Tisdale looks wonderful & her surgery was to fix something. Some of the others are just outrageous!!
she looks just a little different but she really didn’t need to do all that to her face, but the things that people do when they have money!!!They don’t know what to do with that scrilla!!!!
Wow people are absolute morons when it comes to media gossip. I personally can’t stand Kat von D. I would love it if there was solid reason proving her unworthy to tattoo on any ones skin, so hopefully that clears up the fact that I am not defending her…but as an artist and make up artist and also deal in reality outside of tabloid garbage. Now here comes in my years of experience…
there is NO NO NO constructive plastic surgery on her face. zero. can I prove no botox? I wouldn’t bother I don’t care enough. What you are looking at is 2 completely different make-up days. on the left you see HARSH, drawn on dark eyebrows paired with dark lipstick which catches your eyes and then you start looking at other features. On the right her make-up is not as harsh. her eyebrows are lighter and her arches have been filled in very dramatically so her forehead seems ‘stretched out’. Also if you haven’t taken an art class in your entire life, contouring is used to pull out shadows or draw tthem back. the same goes for make up. you can give the illusion to lose a double chin, fix a crooked nose, even look emaciated using make-up. On the picture on the right, it looks like she put her make-up skills to good use and slenderized the sides of her nose with a slightly darker shade and blended better. but if you look at her face and ignore her crazy make up in both pictures and focus solely on her nose in both pictures you can see they are exactly the same. Nostrovia.
Sorry but I don’t think she’s had anything done. It’s really quite obvious. If you look at the “before” photo, she is smiling. That widens the nose. So, if they really want to compare her nose, they need two pictures that have her facial muscles in the same position. Look at yourself in the mirror and see how your nose changes between smiling and not.
As for her “eyelift”, that isn’t an eyelift. she’s simply thinned/shaved her eyebrows down and drawn them on at a higher location.
Nice try, though. I won’t argue these Hollywood chicks get too much done to their faces and bodies, but I don’t believe Kat is one of them. At least not yet anyway.
Kat has not had surgery! Different pictures at different angles can make one look different!
It’s very obvious she has had her nose redone. She now has a Michael Jackson nose. The tip is so skinny. I bet she will end up with breathing problems because of it. She should leave well enough alone. I thought she looked fine before. She is very enique looking and shouldn’t change anything.

Meg Ryan looked positively angelic before. I think she started feeling insecure after her fling with Russell Crowe didn’t work out and then started having procedures done. She looked better before.
