Michael Lohan‘s pity party for himself better end now. Despite being charged for threatening ex-fiancee Erin Muller‘s life last March and getting arrested for violating the restraining order against him earlier this month, Lohan filed harrassment charges last week against Muller for kicking him in the head a month earlier, and has now accused her of once threatening him with a knife (“I did not report this at the time because I wanted her to get help for her addictions.”). “[Ex-wife Dina] is a breath of fresh air after what I’ve been through the last two years,” the poor baby told Page Six. To combat his claims, Muller has provided the court with a list of the beatings Michael has given her over the last two years. Here are just a few of the horrible examples, courtesy of TMZ.
Feb. 2008: Michael “punched Erin in the mouth” because she had a male friend on Facebook
March 2008: Michael “whipped a computer cord” at her face but she blocked it with her hand … causing a laceration.
May 5, 2008: Michael “kicked Erin Muller in the ribs.”
May 2008: Michael “kicked Erin Muller in the vagina, bruising it and causing substantial pain.”
Usually he would have given his side to a tabloid by now, but so far Lindsay Lohan‘s dad—one of our 9 Celebrity Losers To Leave Behind In ’09—has yet to publicly comment. Could this finally be the testimony that finally gets him to shut up? Or better yet, put him away? We’re guessing “no” and “no,” but one can hope.
