After looking at pics of Russell Brand and Katy Perry‘s PDA-filled week shopping and sledding in London, it shouldn’t be a shocker that the two are making plans to get married in 2010. After all, they look madly in love, right? Then again this is Russell Brand we’re talking about. The consummate bachelor! The modern-day Casanova! The self-declared former sex addict who dates playboy bunnies like Holly Madison and sometimes has more than one woman on his arm at a time! We’re having trouble believing it. Yet it’s right here in print:
“He’s never been into a girl like he has with her and they’re besotted,” a source tells the UK’s Mirror. “He asked her to marry him last week and she quickly said yes.”
Not only did Russell put a ring on it, but he’s also putting his money where his mouth is by selling his London bachelor pad and snapping up a $3.25 million estate in Los Angeles. Apparently, Russell wants babies with Katy Perry too. We’re tempted to do something crass like start a Russell and Katy Breakup Countdown Game, but we kinda want to see these lovebirds last. May she’s not as struck by looks as you obviously is Kayla. He does have brains and loves her. Why can’t you just be happy. If this is true and he ditched the bachelors pad, he’s serious.
