She may have had a total bust with Glitter, but Mariah Carey is taking on the movie world again, and doing a great job. Mrs. Nick Cannon was awarded the Palm Springs Film Festival Breakthrough Performance Award for her role in Precious. The award will be presented January 5th at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
