Tila Tequila is filing suit against alleged ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman after the San Diego District Attorney’s office declined to file criminal charges against the footballer. According to TMZ, the suit claims Merriman shook and choked Tequila during a violent argument in September, and accuses him of verbal abuse concerning Tequila’s bisexuality. Merriman, who denied the charges, has yet to comment on the suit. The amount in damages Tequila will seek is undisclosed.

if a girl is in fact hurt that badly she is traumatized and doesn’t want anything to do with the papparazzi or press just like rihanna did. tequila is seeking attention (probably a stunt for her up and coming reality show) anyone who really believes this needs to take a step back and analyze the situation. she took pictures instead of having police take them – she is filing a lawsuit when she wouldn’t have to if there was evidence liek there was in rihanna’s case. this is completely lame. i feel sorry for Shawne
She files a lawsuit but the District Attorneys office is not is pressing charges; not enough evidence. I do remember her saying she is allergic to alcohol and a bartender even said she was lieing about that.
