Former boxer Mike Tyson has been arrested after a scuffle at LAX where he allegedly “struck” a paparazzo. The injured man, who’s not so far been named, was taken to hospital after Tyson reportedly punched him in the face. However, Tyson’s rep Tammy Brook says the photog “attacked” him first, and he was only trying to protect his ten-month-old baby.
“There’s a lot of different versions to the story. That’s all going to come out later. But, in this particular case, both individuals are going to be pressing charges for battery,” says Sergeant Jim Holcomb. leave the poor man and his BABY alone~isnt losing your daughter tragic? give the man some space…if I felt my family in jeopardy Id come out swinging too.
I definitely agree w/ sherri… first of all the man just recently lost his 4 yr old daughter, so the paparrazzi should atleast respect his space and then his family. Expect that if he feels his space and family are being threatened in some way, he’s going to react… possibly overreact! They ( the paps) initiate that type of situation, just so they can get good pics and a story… and they get away with it. It’s really up to us to help defend them (entertainers), by leaving their magazines on the shelves and not signing up for text alerts. We are the reason they put these ppl thru this, so we can run to the store and snatch’em off the shelves… if we were to boycott tabloids for awhile until they relent their unscrupulous ways, i believe it would make a difference. But, we are so interested in the lives of the rich and famous… would we manage? Could we survive? How did we ever live beforehand?
