We don’t think Paris Hilton wore a Halloween costume to Philippe Chow last night. But if she was, we’d have to guess she was trying to be Pamela Anderson. The socialite sported a considerably enhanced decolletage outside the LA restaurant last night, where she ate with sister Nicky.
The festivities apparently didn’t stop there, as neighbors called the police on Paris after a party at her house went on past 4:00am, according to TMZ. Save it for the weekend, girl! Some of us have jobs!
