The Colorado bumpkin turned Mrs. Pratt is a music mogul and future Oscar-winner, so why does she dress like she’ll hop in your car for $30 a pop?
The plastic princess hit up Cafe Midi in Los Angeles with Audrina Patridge (whose casual but Chanel-heavy outfit we adore, BTW) to shoot some surely enthralling scenes for “The Hills” in a pink tank with a red bra underneath (explain immediately, Heidi!), a leather mini skirt, and thigh-high lace up leather boots.
