It’s always adorable when little kids go out trick or treating with pals, except when the kids are dressed like sorority girls decked out in their best slutty costumes for that night’s frat party. Here we have lil Noah Cyrus, who is all smiles at a couple of L. A. Halloween parties while looking a bit too skank-tastic for our liking.
It’d be one thing if her big sis Miley was rockin’ the stripper boots and the short dresses – we’re used Miley dressin’ trampy and she is, at least, a teenager (see Miley’s latest sexy outfit). But Noah is 9 YEARS OLD. Did Billy Ray and Mommy Tish really think these outfits were appropriate for their young daughter? And more importantly, what the hell is she supposed to be – the number 1 and 2 spots on Mr. Blackwell’s Worst-Dressed List?

I dont think the Minnie mouse one is bad on it’s own but the boots are way too too much for a 9 year old. they look way too big for her in general, which says one thing. The other costume, well, I have no idea what thats supposed to be and looks just bad. Is it a fairy? It’s a bit too tight and short for a little girl. I know little girls look up to their big sisters and all but it’s also up to parents and big sisters to let their little sisters know they should dress too old for their age. Wow… I used to have so much respect for Billy Ray Cyrus when he was in country but after seeing him let his career grow and try his damnedest to live through his daughters I have lost all respect. I’m not picking on her. I’m questioning her parents’ judgement. There IS an age limit on certain types of clothing, and unfortunately, Noah hasn’t reached it for those outfits. (Though the Minnie Mouse-style dress isn’t as bad as the witch-like dress..) Her parents shouldn’t have let her think she looked cute in those clothes. There are some pretty sick people in this world, so they should just be more careful.
