Sometimes all you can say is “blergh.” That’s our reaction to the news that Chris Brown – the man who beat Rihanna and was somehow redeemed by a viral video and “The Office” – is planning a “fan appreciation” tour. The singer will hit the road on November 14 and is playing smaller theaters to encourage a “fans only” vibe, according to tour organizers. Sure – or maybe Chris’ peeps are afraid no one’s gonna show up. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Best Buddies International. Call us cynical, but surely that’s being done to help re-vamp his tarnished image, right?
In a press release announcing the tour, Chris discusses his musical goals, saying, “I wanted to change it up and really be different. Like my style nowadays, I don’t try to be typical urban. I want to be like how Prince and Michael [Jackson] and Stevie Wonder were. They can cross over to any genre of music.”

when i think of “fan appreciation” i think of those young-teenage ignorant girls who think he is so cute and talented and could never harm a woman…chris brown will never have that squeaky-clean image that he used to have..he was never remorseful and the court was very lenient on his punishment but life goes on

i like it fan apperciation but how about boss day or agent day. letterman in all this trouble reminds me of hugh hefner i think i can see him in papparazzi by lady gaga so watch out he don’t dance everyday. i like contracts like this when they keep there word to always do something and agents like rihanna all who followed her getting freedom across.more importantly making children smile.

i really think this is what chris breezy really needed. he has continuously worked extremely hard with not only putting time in the studio, but also in the community. therefore, he needs to be rewarded and also given another chance to comeback stronger and a better role model male figure. ey, i still feel ya chris. i know it’s been a tough road at times, but just keep your focus. rihanna will be just fine, so i believe you will too. can’t wait til your album release for graffiti and first video to air.
