As hard as it may be, we’re going to look past Jaime King‘s insane hairdo and horrendous dress she wore to the Scream Awards to make a desperate plea for her physical well-being. Once voluptuous as she starred in Sin City (pictured at the 2005 premiere on the left), the supermodel and actress is now disturbingly frail. The 30-year-old has consistently been listed on Maxim‘s Hot 100 lists for the last decade, but it seems the one-time heroin addict has let her health fall by the wayside.
