We can confirm that Kevin Federline will reunite with his pre-Britney ex Shar Jackson on Celebrity Fit Club 7. Rounding out the cast include King of R&B Bobby Brown, former Baywatch babe Nicole Eggert, ex-Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach, High School Musical’s Kaycee Stroh, Project Runway Season 1 winner Jay McCarroll and Bad Girls Club alum Tanisha Thomas. Dr. Ian Smith and Harvey Walden will return to the panel with a new life coach: Rhonda Britten. Filming for the new season is underway, and it is expected to air in early 2010.

Sebastian Bach? What the hell? Last time that guy was on a VH1 reality show he was in pretty top physical condition. I remember on SuperGroup he was adamant about going running every single morning. In fact I think they should have had Evan Seinfeld instead (he couldn’t keep up with Sebastian)
Regardless Sebastian is a pretty cool guy and will bring lots of character to the show. Yay for him.

when I watched celebrity fit club and I saw how hurt shar was I was so disgusted at kevins lack of responsibility, he had caused her so much pain yet his face was a complete blank when the camera was next to him. As a woman I can relate to shar because it is devastating when you love a man and he throws you to the side like you never existed. Even though you have spent years loving them . Having a child with a man is a deep expression of that commitment. I just hope the world looks at shars pain as her being a real person and does not make light of her feelings. As a parent you deal with so much for your kids sake . Women especially are not thought of . We have feelings that we have to suppress. Dating changes and we have to shied our children from further pain. It shouldn’t be just the moms that are left to pic up the pieces. That needs to change . I do hope that one day kevin realizes how much shar loved him. Now most women he meets will be looking for there 15 minutes of fame they won’t love him with all his imperfections.

When you’re down it always seems they get us… I’m Taya, and `%##+&~%“&_**! istant principal who was recently in the news. I know what it’s like to be shot down and to be depressed to the point of just not caring anymore - not being able to do much at all about it even when you don’t like it. I’m so impressed bu your ability to overcome and face all that you continue to face since your so public dealings with your kids and your life. I hate having my life on display. I feel you. I am so proud of you and you probably say, “so what lady - I don’t even know you”, but we do know one another’s struggles in a very indirect way. Being in the spotlight when we are down is not easy, but sometimes it can also be motivating, and I just love your spirit on the show and in your life. First, I have to say that I love this show!! The one thing that bothers me is the ones that don’t give a damn and is wasting everyone’s time (Tanisha, Bobby!) I sit and wish that it could be me on there.Now, I know that it is called CELEBRITY fit club, but how about a season where celebrities pick non-celebrities to accompany and commit with them on this show. Bottom line..I would love to be on this show. I am a single mom of two and have gained so much weight, that I don’t have the energy to play and spend time with them. I have always been athletic, but after my first child, I went downhill and continuing to go downhill. I sit and watch this show wishing that I had Harvey in my face, because that is what I need and that is what pushes me, and I love it!!! Just something to think about Vh-1!!!

I really LOVE this cast. I’m furious that Bobby is so flippant about his weight loss. It affects his entire team. Guess that is why he ruined Whitney: he didn’t care. As for Shar, I’m so sad about life’s turn of events with Kevin. But when you aren’t married, or even when you are, life doesn’t guarantee a secure relationship. Kevin seems like he has matured through all of this process, and has taken responsibility for his children. Shar needs to move on, I’m glad she is becoming able to do that. All of you guys ROCK!
