Premium airhead of The Hills Stephanie Pratt is well on her way to morphing into an Aubrey O’Day-Heidi Montag hybrid. At the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards last night, she looked almost unrecognizable walking the red carpet. The sister of Satan spawn Spencer seems to have gotten her lips plumped and nose refined, all at the young age of 23. It seems neither the acting nor the beauties of The Hills are natural. honestly the nose job looks nice and if she wanted to make changes thats the only thing i wouldve suggested. the lips are a bit much but the plastic surgery doesn’t seem to be the problem. looking at her pics, she just looks way too skinny. thats what she needs to worry about because that’s extremely unhealthy

She looks like she just aged 20 years….such a shame she was such a pretty girl…you know, her nose isn’t really too bad. It’s whatever they did to her chin and lips, that’s what just looks…wrong. Her outfit at the Vma’s was pretty cute though. I wish she had chosen a plain pair of champagne stillettos to match the dress and lost the bracelets….then fab my dear!!!

I think whomever did her lips did a really nice job, however, her face and teeth doesn’t seem go right with the new lips…..her small lips were perfect for her face……White girls learn if you have big lips you need the big teeth and facial appearance to match…….it’s not going to happen….. so thats why all the white women plumping their lips and cheeks are looking like drag queens now….and it sucks…..

You know what.. its actually more sad than anything, these people are constantly in the spotlight, her nose looks great.. i think the lips are alittle overboard, but heck everyone wants bigger lips, and if you say you dont, your a liar. Its what has been made ‘beautiful’ by society. She clearly has self esteem issues, sometimes people go too far.. Shes a beautiful girl, the lips will go down in size, its never permanent.. Its sad because most beautiful girls dont realize that they ARE beautiful to begin with. and feel they need some improvement… and plus she lives in LA. that cant help either.
