Harlow Winter Kate Madden, get ready to meet your new baby brother! Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden became the parents of a baby boy early this morning, and not to be outdone by his sister’s extra long moniker, he will be called Sparrow James Midnight Madden. While it’s not traditional, it’s also not a totally wacky celebrity baby name either, and we kinda love it!
In a post on Richie’s website, the couple divulged the news: “In the middle of night, the very early hours of September 9, 2009, Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. He weighs 7lbs 14oz. Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes.” In addition to having cool parents, Sparrow’s birth date, 9/9/09, is considered extremely lucky in certain cultures, and in numerology it’s the number that signifies life.

i am so happy for nicole richie and joel madden. They are good parents.
I am so happy that they have 2 kids now. I hope that they get married soon and be together forever.
