Chris Brown Vs. Oprah

chris-brown-oprah

Chris Brown has been working on repairing his public image, but someone should tell him there are certain topics, like dissing Oprah, that won’t win him any fans. The singer mouthed off yesterday about Winfrey because the talk show host filmed a show about domestic abuse that was inspired by Rihanna. Brown took offense to the fact that Oprah didn’t include him in the show, saying: “I commend Oprah on being like ‘This is a problem,’ but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, ‘Okay, I’m going to help both of these people out.” Hey Chris, you know what was a slap in the face to Rihanna? You slapping her in the face. We can understand why Oprah, a victim of abuse herself, would opt not to include you.

Of course, Oprah is not one to sit idly while being criticized, a rep for her released this statement after hearing Brown’s complaint. “Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic violence very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs.” Advantage, Oprah. Care to take another swing, Chris? [Photo: Getty Images and WireImage; Source: TMZ]

Chriss Brown need to take a vacation. Just get a little rest for a while until the whole situation about the abusing Rhianna Fade & Dies out!

  • jennifer says:

yes, he’d definitely be the person to recognize a slap in the face. his choice of words did him no favors.

God have given Chris a second chance to turn his life and career around and get back on that narrow path,he need to use his wisdom. Stay away from the media and doing interviews. When being ask certain questions on national live TV,you can mess yourself up by saying the wrong thing! You don’t see Rihanna out there doing interviews. Keep your distance from her and focus on your career….

I think she should pay for their counseling. She ain’t so perfect herself. Those girls at her school are very sexu.ally active for their age an not even all her wisdom and might nor money has stopped that. Rihannah is trying to get the stay away order lifted(NPR). He has put voodoo on this poor girl. They both need help.

now oprah has something to input on the chris brown debacle come on nobody’s perfect and yes chris brown was 100% wrong for laying the smack down on rihanna but why does everybody see the need to condim or convict this kid yes he screwed up and yes he should be punished may he should have gotten some jail time but it’s not up too us to judge or convict him the judge in his case has already made his Judgment in this case and people need look at themselves in the mirror next time they wanna judge someone we all make mistakes or downright stupid choices if you wanna call it that but that doesn’t mean we are no good anymore that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve another chance to redeem or selves so next time you wanna judge, condim or convict someone look at yourself in the mirror and ask what have i done wrong what stupid choices have i made

  • cj says:

now as for Chris badmouthing Oprah he really needs to hold his tongue because he was the one breaking the law and badmouthing Oprah is not the way you rebuild your reputation come on Chris wise up man u dodged a jail sentence and now you wanna put more negative press on yourself by talking smack about Oprah man some people never learn GEEZ

HELL NAWW SHE DID NOT WIN … Chris Is right , when your down thats when your real friends come out and the fake ones run away and Big Azz Plus Size Azzz Oprah is one of them instead of helping she is hendering the whole domestic violence issue, what sounds good to me and this is my Opinion why not do a show with Chris Brown also especially when you claim to be a friend , whats right is right wrong is wrong, but why not help if you could and your showing you can help, and if you been beat on why not talk to a person that dished it out to see what the problem is , just because you go to counseling do not mean the problem is solved and sometimes having good friends around you helps more.. come on Oprah when was the last time you got beat on ????? I’lll Wait……….. yeah i know in the dayum 70′s there isnt a man alive would put there hands on you now…..

I think people are overlooking the fact that several of the stories being told have been selectively been put togther. I mean damn, The couple had an argument and it got out of hand. Is Rihanna the victim because she has the bruises or did the agressor get her %~&+)%^$@(^^~)* whipped. I don’t think that this man just hit her for nothing. I think society has clearly covered up the point in this matter. Rihanna hit him as well and should have been equally punished. What kind of message are we sending to women who like to hit their men, That if they cry hard enough they’ll get away with it. Domestic violence should not have a double standard and for somebody with a show as popular as Oparh’s she should have not picked sides. Men can also be victims of domestic violence but how often are we sorry for them! What if the tables were turned and Chris didn’t hit Rihanna but she continued to hit him? How would society have displayed that behvior. I guaranteee it wouldn’t be publicized like this. I don’t condoned any type of violence but there is a fine line between violence when it comes to men and women!!!!! I think he should move on and find someone who will appreciate him flaws and all. start fresh because this Rihanna thing is going to haunt him for a while.

Chris brown needs to grow up stop being a little b*$^@ and man up take responsibility for his actions.

I have to say I am very disappointed with some of your comments and Oprah. I dont support domestic violence be it man or woman everybody is saying he needs help but what about both of them getting help. I thought Oprah was about bringing awareness to issues such as domestic violence. It seems like everyone is sweeping under the rug that Rhianna would hit Chris a number of times. Read the entire story 1 they were driving one day she slapped him he got out of the car he hit the window not her 2 she got upset with him about a girl she hit him he walked away. Is it okay for a man to hit a woman NO!! Is it okay for a woman to hit a man NO!! So stop taking sides and get the word out they both should get help because Rhianna will date again and if she keeps on putting her hands on someone she might not be so lucky so Chris and Rhianna love you both if you happen to read this get the help the both of you, learn from your mistake and keep putting out hits. As for Oprah love you too dont just single out the man, the woman also should not hit. Young people watch your show and these young girls may think it is okay to hit their man and it is not. My prayers go out to both Chris and Rhianna they are young and they will pull through.

  • karina says:

i get wat he did was wrong but that topic shouldhave not been posted because thats rude and it was inspired by rihanna and you can get people upset and embrassed when he knew he was wrong. im not taking sides its just my opinion don’t take it to the heart its an opinion..
    thanks

  • JJ says:

I have to say that i agree with CJ if God was able to over look all man kinds mistakes why are we unable to do the same.Chris you still Rock and always will just be yourself and work very hard on your short comings.Do not be put down by the fact that you have short comings because everybody has them so people with glass houses should not trow stones.Love you Chris

  • poison says:

Both need help dont defend either one. Dont be stupid. Nobody should WANT to get hit or put up with it. If you stay where you are mistreated, you need help. At the same time dont take up for the guy. All these ladies taking up for CB, how would you feel if it was you mother, sister or daughter. Would you still say forgive?

  • Hot Mama says:

Wow…that was not worth the print…

  • Erica says:

Chris & Rihanna should have thought about what they’re fighting would do to each other. I honestly don’t believe that he was beating on her and “NO ONE” knew. Whatever!!!! I believe they were beating on each other. Chris shouldn’t have to sit holding the bag alone. What are we teaching our young women, who are out of control anyway. It okay to provoke and abuse a man because no matter what I do as a women if he hits me he’s wrong. Whatever!!!! People need to start taking responsibility for their own actions. Starting with Rihanna really telling the trust about what happen. Knowone desires to be abuse at anytime, speaking as a kid of an abused parent. Oprah has the right to have who she wants on her show but Chris was right to feel a little hurt . She could have had an intervention for young men with anger issues.

  • if chris brown was to jump off and hit me i would of been in jail
