Madonna celebrated her 51st birthday over the weekend in Portofino, Italy, looking her usual age-defying self. Accompanied by her children and boyfriend Jesus Luz, the pop superstar took in a boat trip with everyone wearing custom-made Madonna t-shirts (she’s still a diva superstar, after all) followed by a dinner at the chi-chi Splendido hotel.
Cuddling up to her boy-toy on the yacht, it was clear to see the couple are very much on, although we have to question Madge’s choice of swimwear. Wearing a sport vest and baggy shorts, Madonna looked more like an Edwardian bather – especially with that frilly parasol – than the ripped superstar we know she is. She can do whatever she wants, she’s Madonna. For the record, she has 2-hr workouts but she doesn’t want to get sunspots, that’s why she is covering up.
